They are tractors , I own 2 Not the fastest trucks but tuner / injector / turbo moves them decently

Wouldn't be a 7.3l without that wet spot on the pavement under the motor !!! Makes me miss mine

​@@bricklayerlzdp9825I'm at 403k and mine is also dry underneath. Although mine was only a daily driver for the 1st 100k and now it's my long distance commuter that's meticulously maintained. It's pretty much all stock original turbo, injectors, and trans. Upgrades are an Irate Diesel fuel pump/fuel bowl delete, exhaust, hydra chip, and the intake.

Yep I used to have to do it when I thru my trans into limp mode (e4OD) The app Forscan can remove the code while driving though so i use that now. (Just have to use your phone while operating unfortunately) 😅

May not be the cleanest but definitely the COOLEST truck you’ve had on here so far. Just a regular dude being a dude and the fact he daily’s this is nuts. I’m trying to see some older truck content. Old fords and 2nd/3rd gen content would be ideal!! I like the newer truck content as well but it seems like everyone has a 6.7 power stroke and it’s dope seeing older 6.0/7.3 content and I’m waiting for some dope 2/3 gen Cummins content! First flat bed I’ve seen that I actually like. Looks awesome.

I have a 7.3 Powerstroke and daily drove it for a while. Stopped dailying it because it's a pain to start in the north in winter. But mine was stock lol awesome build! And I like that it's a manual too. 700 horsepower would never get old!

I have a 97 f250 hd 7.3. If it’s hard to start in the winter something is wrong. Mine starts fine in the teens. Not plugged in. No go spray.. now mind you it will smoke like a sob. And takes forever to build heat. My trick is I leave my glow plugs on for 1 min. Cycle the key and start as soon as the lights off. Starts right up.

So gad I’m not the only one who turns the motor off when your driving to clear the engine code😂

IMO …it’s a waste of a good truck - just not for me

Check your gas tank, my truck picks up trash when I get to 1/4 tank and will act like the motor is blown, but you put 5 gallons in hit it with ether and make it to the gas station and put more in she will clean up, but you did mention that your oil pressure wasn't keeping up so...

Look into a boost fooler too much boost map sensor will send check engine for over boost stock healthy turbo makes maybe 20

Your motors are letting go because they are most likely power coated rods. The obs motors are forged rods and much stronger. Next time yours let’s go. Get a lower from a 97 . Problem solved.
