I usually try to buy kit rc's for that reason. I really like knowing how my rc works and what all the parts are and what they do. If you havent ever built a kit. DO IT !!!

The trx6 is honestly one of my favorite cars on both this channel and IRL.

Ive done exactly the same thing (Treal and Axe) on my TRX6 huge night and day difference. tough as nails and fast.
