We here in the US are praying for all of you there in Australia! You have a beautiful country!! I have never been there but my favorite movie is The Man from Snow River! It was filmed in Queensland and I really thought that scenery was amazing!! Please stay safe!

So glad to find you and I love your work. I sympathise with you with the bush fires. I'm in the East Gippsland fires and watched the monster come and we were evacuated twice. I live in California, in San Diego, so I know how you feel with the fires. It is so scary and the air is awful. I am glad to hear that you are safe. My friend lives neaR SAN FRANCISCO, AND LAST YEAR THE FIRES GOT VERY CLOSE TO THEM. THEY LIVE IN A VERY NICE AREA, BUT IT GETS TRICKY BECAUSE THERE IS REALLY ONLY ONE Way in and out, so they have to be very vigilant and have an escape plan ready. (I am sorry about those caps; I have a wonky pinkie finger on my left hand and it loves to hit the caps lock button when I'm not looking.) I am praying that they will get those fires under control very soon. 117 deg. F is VERY hot. I used to live in Phoenix and in the summer it can get over 120! It has been a while since I lived there and it is much hotter now. Anyway, your itty bitty flip books are so adorable and look like they'd be easy to make. What a sweet little gift! You are so creative, Sandy! Please stay safe, and if they tell you to evacuate, just go! I hope it will stay away from you!!

Matilda Montgomery I do apologise for the shadows, it was filmed during the day and with all the thick smoke from the bushfires around our home and the glare from the sun it didn’t help with the lighting. Sandy xx

We are on high alert in Canberra with a bag packed in case of evacuation. Very scary.
