I have Aries Ascendant in Navamsa chart. Saturn is placed in the 6th house in Virgo and Mercury is in Aquarius in the 11th house. So, Saturn and Mercury are in parivartana yoga in the D9 chart. Some astrologers says Saturn is good placed in the 6th house of Navamsa.

Dear Anuradha Madam..Please ask VP Goel Sir a doubt regarding Tula Lagan(Rashi chart)..He says Buddh is a good planet for Libra lagan as 9th lordship prevails as 12th lordship is Neutral,though it is mooltrikona Rashi..My doubt--1)If that Buddh is afflicted by a natural malefic,Will that 12th lordship prevail(Being a neutral lord(12th) when afflicted by a natural malefic becomes bad and activates its 12th lordship characteristics,leaving its 9th lordship good effects?)??Here mooltrikona falls in 12th house as well..!!So Is it better to consider Buddh as a neutral planet like Venus(for Libra lagna)? Doubt 2)8th house is also neutral house as per Parashara...Then why Venus is considered as Neutral(Sama)for libra lagan being the Lagna lord also?It should have been a good planet as venus is having lagan lordship also(also mooltrikona sign)..
