AoA, kindly make a video on that why switches/sockets and ectention boards become hot or catch fire and sometime do sparking...how can we deal with it without calling an electrician ...we r looking for practical demonstration. Chint DDSU666 energy meter use RS485 protocol to communicate with inverter. Check The 2 data wires connected properly or use can also use RS485 to usb dongle to debug with laptop if the energy meter sending the data.

govt relaxed 3 phase rule and allowed on single phase- as per my knowledge

Why did you not go with two smaller inverter? It would cost less and you would have better resiliance in the system

For Alarm blinking... Kindly try to swap thin cables on Chint and alarm will go away ..
