😳😳😳…. So today I’ve learned some lessons. I NEVER for the life of me thought I would EVER relate to this man. To be real, I judged him. I was wrong. Didn’t realize how intelligent he actually is. Didn’t realize how much pain he’s in. I’ve never heard someone verbally take accountability like he did & I’m almost 45. After watching/listening to this interview & a few others my perspective has completely changed about him. I’ve never listened to his music before. My mind is blown, I understand him more than I’ve understood or related to any else who’s publicly known. Takes one to know one. This man is straight up traumatized & that hurts my soul. Now I understand his behavior bc I too have Complex PTSD from multiple traumatic experiences. Some things the same, some different--countless betrayals & being gaslighted/cheated on by the love of your life, domestic abuse (ex even tried killing me & having me killed), to everyone closest to you screwing you over. Damn. When he said God cut the grass so he could see the snakes, I felt that. He’s not crazy. I would have done the same things if I were in his position. I hope he can get into therapy though. EMDR does truly help when you’re a trauma survivor. God indeed does work in mysterious ways.

As a 60 year old black man and aMarine corps veteran, I stop listening to rap somewhere in the early 90's because of the negative images that I didn't want in my head. Every now and again I hear some music that I really like from this generation of artists, because I'm sure there are many talented artists out there, I just don't feel like wading through the Garbage to find it. When I first saw pictures of this young guy, automatically had a negative image in my mind. This is literally the EXACT same story we’ve heard from him since basically Xmas 2018 right after the feds grabbed everyone up.
