hey girly! I just wanted to say, I cut out energy drinks and my hormonal acne has CLEARED up! It’s insane! I used to down energy drinks to survive nursing school & working night shift. I switched to green tea and spearmint tea, and now have a morning coffee. Anyways just thought I’d throw that out there! It took me months to finally cut out the energy drinks but now I will never go back.

This morning I was making my hubby a breakfast burrito and when I put the cheese in it I started thinking about your quesadilla. I have to know what was up with the cheese in it? Do Canadians have their own version of it? Or was it a personal choice… lol I don’t think what you made qualifies as a quesadilla. Lol. I was so intrigued watching you cut up the peppers I was like ooooo that looks good! I love seeing new snack ideas and food ideas… but the cheese… girl you barely seasoned the tortilla with it. The main ingredient in a quesadilla is cheese! Lol especially when you got ready to flip it I was like noooo there isn’t enough cheese to hold all the peppers in!! 😂 it’s the current thought ruminating in my mind. (All of this said the lightness, laughter and teasing that I would give my besties)
