새벽 6시에 일어나는 한국 시골의 아침일상. 건강 도시락 싸고 냉장고 정리, 냉이 페스토, 간장 새우장 만드는 하루 일과 | 냥숲 vlog
새벽 6시, 일찍 일어나서 시작하는 아침일상 -
한번 일찍 일어난 날 이후로 계속 이 시간에 일어나게 되더라고요.
그래서 요즘 6시에 하루를 시작하고 있는데, 하루 시간이 너무 길어져서 좋아요.
꽤 오랫동안 식단을 신경써서 먹고 있어서, 아침에 봄나물들로 건강 도시락도 만들어봤어요. 퀴노아는 쌀보다 단백질과 비타민 함량이 더 높아요. 소화도 잘 되고, 쌀밥에 섞어서 먹어도 되지만 채소와 함께 샐러드로 먹어도 좋아요!
한 그릇 밥에 나왔던 간장새우장 레시피로 항상 만들어서 먹고 있는데, 이번엔 남은 간장 달임장으로 연어장도 같이 만들어봤어요. 오랜만에 쌀밥 만들어서 연어덮밥 먹었는데 너무 꿀맛이에요,,

I'm from the US, and I watch videos like these with both an immense fascination, and an odd sense of...oh, I don't know...yearning, for lack of a better definition of my emotions. So I'm constantly asking myself "What is in these videos that I'm looking for that feels missing from my life? Is it a general, indescribable thing? A more in-tune way of being that I sense?" I just know that I see the attention to detail with the way you prepare, serve and even store food as an act of beautiful mindfulness that I feel is lacking in my own way of life. It's something my soul seems to gravitate towards, but I haven't quite managed to cultivate this in my life yet...and not for lack of trying, either. One part of my being wants the mindfulness, and another part of me fears it as another form of too much perfectionism, too much "trying too hard," if that phrasing makes sense. So I end up feeling stuck, at an internal impasse. 😖😔

@@nowirehangers2815 Mm, yeah, I see your point. I can see how you might perceive her videos as showing the positive only. Thing is, she lives in an entirely different culture to ours. It's kind of expected that people really keep up their living spaces in a huge way, generally speaking. Even if she had kids, she'd be teaching them to be super-tidy. And having been around a hoarder most of my growing-up years, her lifestyle is appealing. I think it's her level of mindfulness that I'm sensing. I think if people were more inclined to practice mindfulness, there would be less chaos and negativity. But that's how I tend to think. 🤷♀️

What an amazing way to put it! I just GORGE myself on this kind of content that embodies “mindfulness” and “slow living” and I always wonder what it is that makes me drawn to it. Maybe it’s the exact opposite of what’s pushed in the US, where you need to be productive nearly all the time and everyone yearns to live in the major cities and feed off the nightlife. I admire the sense of time management that these people have, something I can never seem to get a hold of, I feel like I’m rushing or restless all the time. It’s like watching people enjoy the life that you don’t give yourself permission to. Then I have a terrible nagging fear of missing out if I DO live a quieter life. It’s just a paradox!

@@hauntedmushroomsasmr7716 Oh, I totally get it! That FOMO feeling: "fear of missing out" is strong within a lot of humans, so we're not entirely alone there. But there is often a spot in our minds where we know slowing down would be extremely beneficial to our health, on all four levels. There's got to be a way for ppl like us to find that happy medium, where we're nailing the mindful time management but allowing ourselves that high-paced sense of fun. I know there is...but perhaps it's also down to the individual, and how each individual brain is wired. 🤷♀️
0:40 I love that no matter where you go in the world, the sound of morning birds isn't too terribly different. I'm from Virginia in the US, and while their avian chorus sounds different, it's not alien.

They're all the same, noisy. Dunno which breed but there's one that flies around during midnight squeaking. The orchestra starts 2 hours before sunrise. I should make a video too, barbequing them at 6am.

영상이 마음에 안정을 줍니다. 정말 편안해집니다. 영상을 보다보면 귀농도 생각해 보게 됩니다. 건강악화로 직장까지 그만두게 되니 더 절심함을 느낍니다.저는 아프고 난 뒤 저를 챙기기 시작한 무지한 사람입니다. 대사질환이라 그런지 치료가 어렵습니다. 아스피린과 씬지로이드를 매일 복용하는 뇌동맥류환자이며 갑상선 저하증 환자입니다. 저는 상처를 안고 사는 사람입니다. 저는 아직도 상처때문에 아파하는 사람입니다. 스스로에게 상처를 입혔던 사람입니다. 저는 폭력가정에서 자란 생존자입니다 .태어나니 폭력가정이었고 다른집도 다들 그렇게 사는지 알고 자랐습니다. 어머니와 저는 생존했다고 생각합니다. 그러나 나이가 좀 드시고 두 분 모두 치매에 걸리셨고 직장을 그만두고 두 분을 혼자 대,소변을 받아가며 간병을 해야했던 무남독녀입니다.제가 사과도 받기 전에 원망도 하기 전에 치매에 걸리셨고 작년에 두 분 모두 돌아가셨습니다 부모님 돌아가시고 제게 남은건 병든 몸과 마음뿐이었습니다 저는 뇌동맥류시술을 받았고 아직 두개의 뇌동맥류가 머릿속에 남아있습니다 갑상선저하증까지 와서 15kg이 갑자기 쪄버렸고 우울증 불안장애 공황장애 불면증을 아직도 치료중입니다 이제 부모님 돌아가신지 1주기가 되었고 공유하고 소통하고싶어 용기를 내 유튜브도 시작하고 산책도하고 여행도 가보았습니다.이제서야 저는 첫 걸음마를 뗏습니다. 건강하게 홀로 서고 싶습니다.이제 저는 절실하게 건강하고 싶습니다. 저를 챙기고 싶습니다. 이 영상을 보는 모든분들이 건강하시길 바랍니다.구독했습니다.

@@niks1298 I understand what you're saying, but I don't think her living alone is what is relaxing to people (I'm sure she has plenty of friends nearby, and they each visit each other). Rather, it's the simplistic manner in which she prepares things - with such precision, and everything in its place. The lack of hecticness is what's soothing.

꿀주부님 채널 엄청 즐겨보는데 그거 본 이후로 갑자기 그 채널 본 사람들이 이것도 본다고 뜨길래 비슷한가 싶어서 들어왔어요 두 채널 다 부지런함 따뜻함이 신기하고 부럽고 요리 시연 구경하는 느낌도 들면서 편안하고 좋네요
