MashaAllah very nice routine. Dear I will suggest you not to use chia seed water in early morning during winters, it will cause joint pain. Instead you can add simple one cinnamon stick or half tea spoon fennel seeds in one cup luke warm water for Weight loss in winters. In addition half hour walk is enough to lose 4-5 kg with this eating routine.

No Sister, Australian people are very open minded & we do have here Multicultural environment. my wife do hijab (not face cover) from nearly 11 years in working environment here and did not get any negative comments or response in office environment.
