To be fair, City have won how many games in a row? Including beating Arsenal so they would have won anyway. It was the Everton loss, Southampton and West Ham draws that cost Arsenal. They are a young team, let's see how they strengthen and perform next season.

Best coach/manager ever. His Barcelona team is considered by many as the best team ever seen. He coached the best player in history Messi. Pep also contributed indirectly to Spain WC 2010 title. Now Pep and Sir Alex are only two coach/manager to win 3 consecutive EPL titles. And in coming weeks maybe treble. With respect to other coach/manager, Pep is the best.

@Rusty I hate people criticizing pep about the expensive players , Chelsea and United has been spending more than city in the last 3 season and now city is already a balanced team which they don’t need to buy new players to any positions again they just need to build players from the academy into the first team .. city bought akanji 17m pounds and Julian , halland and was the only expensive player they bought after grealish … so I don’t know you’re criticizing them .. compare them to United and Chelsea with the amount they’ve been spending in the past years. For me, Sir Matt Busby is the British best manager of all-time as he had to literally deal with actual deadwood and adversity at United unlike any other manager, and he can through with flying colors. His Liverpudlian and Man City DNA is key too.

Well when your title challenge came from Arsenal you can afford to have plenty of sleep.

Hindsight will show that Liverpool & Arsenal deserve some credit for pushing City & making them work for those titles. At least they never won the title in February like Liverpool did with 6/7 games to spare in that off season. I say this as a Chelsea fan. We did the same with United in the late 00s were it was going head to head in the final few games.

Imho, this is most difficult time. City has 3 dead rubber games in the PL. How do they arrive match-fit, battle ready for last 2 important matches, FA cup final and Champions league Final? In Guardiola we trust!
