New monthly T milestone means a new visit to Poetry Corner. This is my regular vocal/facial progress tracking video series, in which I read one poem per month from ‘Poems that make Grown Men Cry’. Edited by Anthony and Ben Holden.
Month 2’s poem is ‘Sonnet XXX’ by William Shakespeare. It was selected for the book by the writer, broadcaster, and stalwart of BBC Radio 4, Melvyn Bragg.
That’s XXX as in thirty in Roman numerals, just in case anyone needs clarification, not ‘triple x’, though I reckon Vin Diesel appreciates poetry too.
