The house is probable much expensive than other surrounded , the benefit to the community is it lifted the former price ceiling for the neighbors

Are there no zoning laws to protect the rights of existing homeowners? If that was my house in a new 3-4 story ‘shadow’ I might not be a good neighbor.

It begins with one.. That house was built to drive up taxes that will eventually force the other residents to leave. Give it 20yrs, and the whole neighborhood will look like that.

What is the dimension of this house?

1. Odd location. Is that a Canadian thing? 2. I only liked about half the furnishings. 3. Not sure if I liked the kitchen. 🤔 4. Why were all the faucets turned on? 5. I liked how you could stand on that roof top patio and look out over the peasants. 😂

It’s a stunning home but they should’ve built it more wider it’s ’s a bit narrow in build. Also don’t like how the outside is so open at the side to the back, that’s why I think it would’ve been better to build a wider house and fence the side an back garden, too open. But beautiful home inside.

How to instantly become the most hated person in the neighborhood! This house stands out like a glaring soar thumb, not only due to its size, but also its vulgar, overdone architectural style. The construction of this house should have been prevented by zoning laws.

I would feel so exposed living in a corner lot like that. I don't like it.

Why would u have this type of home around those other homes.. it just doesn't fit in.. horrible decision to put that design
