Levy is sooooo underrated. He's been one of the best 4-3 linebackers for awhile now.

I remember being young and this guy was one of my favorite players on the lions. He wasn’t the best player but he did what he could to help his team win and also guarded TE’s and WR’s like a Corner. I miss him in Detroit

One of my favorite defensive players in the entire NFL. How the hell did he not make it to the pro bowl. Good that they gave some attention to that injustice in this vid. How the hell can a player register over 150 tackles, of which 117 are solo tackles, not make it into the pro bowl. Never mind his 2.5 sacks or his role on the team.

They ranked AP higher up on this list for playing a game, this list is messed up

Deonte Long Sir, Calvin johnson has quite the resume and he isn't on the list. You don't know anything about football. You probably know a lot about referees though.

Now they just pick up dumb old slow ass linebackers I just don’t get it then again they don’t care aslong as they win enough to fill up seats Ig tired of being a damn lions fan but hey ain no switching teams unless we go 0-17

As a lions fan I watch this dude every Sunday track down running backs and drop back into coverage and just do amazing things. One of the most underrated players in the league.

I'm a Packer fan. And I believe he is the best coverage LB in the game right now.

Brandon West If we're just talking 43 outside backers, I have to say Brandon Marshall, LaVonte David, Thomas Davis, Jamie Collins, even Preston Brown for Buffalo are a few that were better in coverage. I do think he was the best stopping the run outside of Kahlil Mack.

THEAW3SOM3BOSS3 I feel you on those LBs, they're all really good. I'd still say Levy is above average in coverage. Not a whole lot of LBs can cover Jordy Nelson or top receivers. His Run game is by far his strength though. He can tackle just about anybody in open space.

+squbbydoo Far fewer interceptions (1) than last year. At a glance it looks like regression, if all you see of him is the numbers. Anybody who watched this dudes play last 2 years knows he's actually getting better.

Him going down 7 spots is a freaking travesty. There is no better OLB in the league right now. I wouldn't count most 3-4 OLBs as OLBs... they are essentially DEs so they get sacks and that makes them look "good". Come on... Clay Matthews was higher on the list than Levy... what a joke. Levy has the most solo tackles... that's just insane.

And then he retired. Smh

jamie Collins is better because he's taller more athletic and plays better coverage for a linebacker
