Wow! That is beautiful!! Sounds like you needed some play time to destress. I find when I do that, I get the best paintings. And that ring pour sure is proof, what a great painting!! ❤ Also those Northern lights weren't advertised very well, I never heard about it either!! I was at our cabin at the time, with the best possible circumstances ever to see them. Clear night and no, none, nada city lights, I was so bummed. But I came from northern Ontario and it we saw them frequently as a kid so not like I've never seen them. I can wait the 200 or so years to see the next ones 😂

I love your narrative. Just know that I'm in this conversation with you & also like the rings all stretched out. I did my last 2 on the spinner - it was fun until my cat pushed open the door and walked in and rubbed against me as paint was splattering, then I had to take a break to de-paint the kitty. Same cat that walked across my blowout - she may need her own channel lol. Can't wait for Asheville! I love love love this piece and would like to do this on a really big canvas!

Kanella, ich habe auch verdünnte Farben und Pouring in verschiedenen Behälter: um sie zu öffnen, lege ich ein Stückchen Lebensmittelfolie an die Öffnung bevor ich den Deckel aufdrehe. Diese Massnahme sichert ein problemloses Öffnen. Empfehlung! 😊

That looks like an ocean storm. Is there such a thing as glow-in-the-dark paint that you can add to one of those? I love all the different blues. I liked the last one that looks like zebra stripes too. Only without the blow out on top. Which would have looked great on it's own.
