Recently my son said he hated me and wished I was dead all while punching the door. I was terrified and felt at that moment that I should just die. But I woke up the next morning and have been hiding myself in my room. I'm disabled and isolated even though my whole life has been mostly trauma and abuse I still keep going. Thanks for listening. Dear Desiree: Please allow me to offer you a new perspective on your challenges. Whatever caused you to start feeling sad, angry and or depressed, has nothing to do with this new unconditional day. Just as day is simply the contrast of night, neither has any built in meaning anyway. It's you who put meaning into your reality and we sometimes forget that and so we identify ourselves with the pain too quickly. Your sadness dear, is not you. Neither is anger or depression a trait of you. They are simply energies that a younger version of you used to feel. So since you identified yourself with it, that's why it feels so real. Butt it's really not yours my dear. It's just ideas. Ideas, perceptions and beliefs you now know are simply not true. So the past no longer needs to have this hold of you. You are safe now and maybe it's time for you to let the fight go. For it's only the ghost of a past already lived that you have kept fighting with. You are free You are love You are the light that glows from within your soul 💙 Open your eyes to your own love and you won't have to hurt anymore ❤️

On donne sans attendre; mais là, j'avais besoin de cet amour familial en retour...Pour continuer à donner aux autres; je suis soignante...Je suis tellement triste que je ne peux plus exercer, blâmer aussi sur le travail. Pourquoi cette épreuve encore? Je suis épuisée, tourmentée... Toute ma vie, j'ai donné. Et je me retrouve seule, vraiment seule... Famille qui ne comprend pas. Pas d'amis à cause de trop de changements de vie, et de par mon métier, la maladie aussi... C'est difficilement supportable. Je prends soin cependant des animaux, des végétaux... Mais j'abandonne de plus en plus, tellement épuisée par ce non-retour... Toujours seule et malade et en souffrance. ... Faut-il attendre la mort pour être reconnue... Pourquoi mon humble prière n'est-elle pas entendue? ... Cette musique détend, c'est certain mais n'agit en aucun cas sur nos désirs quand ils ne dépendent pas de nous... Pourquoi devrais-je souffrir de cet abandon de ma famille? Elle reviendra? Ils sont tellement fiers que ma mort ne changera rien à leur vie; et moi, je reste seule, en souffrance, à combattre... Il faut nourrir notre cœur d'amour, mais quand on n'en a jamais eu pour qui on est; on fait comment; croire en d'autres, 5 min, et pleurer sur cet amour tout le reste du temps ? Cette Vie est insupportable surtout dans la société actuelle. Je demande à Dieu de me soulager en venant me chercher; cette épreuve ne fera que me tuer, et me faire souffrir ??? Dieu ne veut-il pas que l'on soit heureux; il me manquait juste cet amour familial... Pourquoi Dieu m'abandonne-t'il alors que j'ai marché dans ses pas? Pourquoi ?
