it seems like not many people know this, but dynasty kicks on successful hit, can be chain after successful attacks on grounded opponents, they won't have enough time to recovery unless server lag, if they can consistently avoid the kicks from landing. report there account, most likely some script that allows instant recovery, IE marcus heavy etc if they hit you without tip of blade. people been using this exploit in game for years now.
