Ok I figure I can do a walk around of this tractor now that I’ve had it a month or so. I do like it it does have a couple things that I don’t like about it but I can fix those.

Wes that is a nice tractor. Several of them around me and they seem to be holding up very well. You will be happy with the JD loader years from now. The aftermarket loaders are just "OK" at the best. Hiya Wes. Easy tip to remove the smell from the cab. Set the AC fan to manual so it stays running, keep any cab vents sealed, and put an ozone generator in the cab, 30 minutes to an hour with the doors closed should do the trick. After complete, just open all of he doors and let it sit for 20 minutes, the accumulated ozone is not the best for you and can make it hard to breath, so stay out of the cab for a little bit and just let it air out. That will remove any musty or cigarette smells and any funk that is growing in the AC unit as well as deodorize all fabric like the seats headliner etc. It will give it that new car smell, err new tractor smell?

I’ve got a 6150r with the same hvac code. A 6210r would have a 41 or so gpm hydro pump. They’re super speedy on loaders. You can get a big shaft 1000 rpm pto stub shaft through parts. 6190r’s and 6210’s can do that.

This is a different league of tractor/loader than your previous [assuming you've sold it] Westerndorf. This has got the speed, the power, the reach, the convenience, the tractor has a proper shuttle and a foot throttle and the loader is probably much faster to attach and remove. Plus the Euro tool hitch is standard across the industry now more or less. No doubt you will find a massive increase in productivity and much less driver fatigue. The electric joystick and loader spools will be a giant massive step forward over the horrendous Westondorf valve mess. The bucket though is a typical large volume grain bucket, not meant for dense solids and certainly not soil or silage out of a clamp. It is not built for that kind of work. Not even if you plate it. The gauge of steel and general design is only meant for grain, while this loader should have a lift capacity of around three tons, which is enough to twist that bucket into a heap of scrap effortlessly.

Government logic: grow corn 🌽 on a farm and transport it to the ethanol plant and turn it into corn ethanol to mix with gasoline to reduce emissions in gasoline powered cars and trucks. 1. 99% of everything on a farm used to grow corn and transport it to the ethanol plant is diesel powered and creates more emissions than gasoline powered vehicles. 2. It takes about 1.0 to 1.3 gallons of petroleum to make 1.0 gallon of corn ethanol,,,,,, and drumroll that gallon of corn ethanol has 67% of the BTU energy of a gallon of undiluted gasoline. 3. Gasoline and corn ethanol don’t mix well. For years in the 1990’s into the 2000’s you couldn’t buy gasoline in Minnesota that didn’t have at least 10% corn ethanol mixed in it. The Minnesota Street Rod Association went to the Minnesota legislature and complained about the ethanol ruining the gaskets in the carburetors in their classic cars and finally the Minnesota legislature agreed and allowed premium ethanol free gasoline to be sold in Minnesota. But it’s still a hassle because it’s usually about $1.00 per gallon more than regular 87 octane. Ethanol gasoline has caused lots of trouble with carburetors in lawn equipment so I buy non ethanol gasoline for them. I’ve been told that in Wisconsin they sell regular 87 octane non ethanol gasoline there at much more reasonable prices. I have 17, 5 & 6 gallon plastic gasoline cans so I should make a run into Wisconsin to buy some.

Ho wow love the new tractor West .
A lot of tractors in Texas have tinted glass , including city and Txdot tractors.
nice looking tractor Wes!
Awesome tractor! I am trying to talk my dad into getting a older 6020 series tractor with a cab and 4x4 instead of looking at either a 5425, 5525, or a 5625 because I saw a used 6220 with only 2900 hours for $34,000.
At work we spray with a 6210R and sofar with great satisfaction , although I miss the previous 6830.

Wes that is a nice tractor. Several of them around me and they seem to be holding up very well. You will be happy with the JD loader years from now. The aftermarket loaders are just "OK" at the best. They have to be more genaric as they have to "fit" many brands and models. So they often do not fit "right".

The Quickie is the better loader with no compromises, but not significantly so compared to this and newer generations of JD loaders.

Nice ride Wes.
I like the new machine. I’d love to have it for use at my place, it wouldn’t get the use you’ll get out of it.
Wes - nice tractor review !
Really nice great job as usual
Good for you Wes👍
I’ve got a 6150r with the same hvac code. A 6210r would have a 41 or so gpm hydro pump. They’re super speedy on loaders. You can get a big shaft 1000 rpm pto stub shaft through parts. 6190r’s and 6210’s can do that.

Only thing with the H series loaders is that handle to detach your bucket or Spears is absolutely junk. Your goons break spring in it and your gonna catch that handle on something and bend it. Don’t ask how I know
Tint definitely helps with the heat
Very nice. Well done
Treat that quick loader hydro disconnect very nicely ,, it’s easy to get it a bit crooked and break the seals..
Need some fuzzy dice in the window!
Wow, nice tractor !

Thanks for the walk around Wesley! Been waiting for it . Now ya got 1 more to go lol , can ya do Cody’s tractor next ? Please .. that would be great 😁
Very nice video, thank you.
Nice best of luck with her
looks like you got a pretty good tractor ,, i see the speed difference in the loader too ,, i went back and watched a couple old videos with the 8120 and it's way faster than the westendorf
I just bought a low hour 6150R that i'd like to do the egr and dpf delete. I don't really care about more power, but i'd like the engine to last longer by reducing the internal and underhood temps. i'm in PA.
Give it a good buffing and she'll look even better!

Nice tractor and video
Nice tractor!
Compressors usually cycle on and off as needed. Not sure how farm equipment works tho
I watch your videos hi Tim Etc. From Chad Minnesota
Crazy stuff. That tractor spent some time at quality Equipment where I work.

Yea n if he does that mine as well send it to the city n away from the farm! Or jus take a lighted arrow n fill fuel tank n shoot it and u get all the light u want
That’s the euro 8 head stock on the loader. the best bracket on the market as you just crowd them head stock right down as hook into the bucket, forks etc with ease instead of trying to keep it level with like the skid steer or euro 3 or euro profi head stock

One thing I can tell you about those engines is you need to adjust valve clearence in time. that is one weak point of the machine. Nice Video!

Where did you get it from Wes or have I missed that video
We have the same loader on a 6930 , it's really well built, but kinda blocks the view sometimes
Good god that’s some tall corn should make good fader. Are you going to look into tinting the windows on the rest of the fleet
Friendly advice. DO NOT engage park while the tractor is moving. It will brake. Also, when you put it in park, giv it a couple of second's to engage. I've hear of people having the tractor role away because the parking pal failed to engage or broke.
Cool 👍
It’s heavy 💪

Does tall corn take more nutrients from corn ears to make taller stock and leaves and runing all that material through the rollers to remove ears of corn create a mess
how is the suspension front axle compared to the ILS on the 8530

Got to have the case IH drain ...... dont want it getting all bound up when one gets in the way and has to be eaten
