A little too modern for me. I can appreciate a modern house, but personally I prefer a traditional with modern touches. Traditional style homes inherently have more character as they are more romantic and family-oriented.

No. Not a "typical home" in MD. Hehe This is definitely a custom-designed house. But there are some pretty wealthy people here and esp in the Bethesda area that can afford to have a house like this built. I don't see why anyone would sell it after all that cost and effort except maybe because of divorce or death. 😝

Definitely not typical. The Mid Atlantic builders have been building the same houses for the past 2 decades. Custom modern houses like this will cost $$
