Definitely Carbon fiber Phil, it's the right colour when drilled, absolutely beautiful chassis, looks like you will need a new stronger body, I wasnt a fan of the Body I'd am honest mate , but overall a great Bashing truck, fantastic video as always, 👍😁👍

Hahaha lawn dart 🤣🤣🤣 Heavier tyres will help gain air authority brother. Gearing up on the pinion makes a big difference too. If you're using the handset that came with the car you may have noticed the delay between the controller and the car being longer than usual? I don't know if it's the arrma blx esc or the handset that causes the delay but the handset works find on other cars and so does the esc which leads me to believe they're just not a good combination to run together 🤔 Fact is the delay causes crashes because the car isn't doing as it's told. I'm no expert mate I'm learning it all as I go 🤣 but home this helps 🙂👊👊👍

I thought exactly that at first look and as the video went on I can 100% say everything about it is exactly the same as my ftx Carnage. In my opinion it's just good knowing there's a variety of cross compatible spares available.

Looks pretty amazing, dude! 😃 I definitely agree, some parts should be upgraded, but still... Runs pretty nice! And have a fantastic chassis! 😃

@@TomleyRC yes it does....... Abaut the body it is true mine one is cracking really easily but I mostly stopped it with taping the inside of the body but make sure that the tape is strong. Yust a tip too keep the body in tact 😉

Carbon Fiber Vs. Bashing ?. Who will win down the road ? I think VRX developed this for racing on a track rather than bashing about on the hard dirt and rock ground.

I really doubt that's full CF, i've had similar items with a CF cap over FG...the color of the material after you did that countersink on the battery strap is far too light for full CF. Great review though, and VRX/FTX stuff isn't bad...the front CVDs are often a bit weak, but the shocks are superb (I have some from a Vantage on my 2WD buggy). One thing I really dislike about VRX are the number of holes in the chassis, along with the exposed motor (from the bottom), which invites all varieties of dirt/muck to invade the insides.

Yeah I'm still not 100% sure about the CF.... we'll see how it looks when it brakes lol. I like how well the shocks function, and the power delivery + balance is good. I think for the (sale)price it's not bad, and so many part available. Cheers for watching 👍

Lots of FTX carnage parts on there mate. The differentials, front bumper, wheelie bar and I bet the suspension arms are the same too.. correct me if I'm wrong but those look like carnage tyres.. The bonus is that replacement parts are cheap, widely available and there's many upgrade options 🙂 Like that carbon fiber chassis although my car has an extended aluminium chassis. Helps keep the front wheels on the ground does a long wheel base, not sure what car it's off if I'm honest 🤣🙂👊👊👍

HI I want to buy this VRX RH1013pr. I have some doubts, do you know what material the spur gear is? From the spare parts available online, it seems to me to be the plastic 10633 - 48p 73T. Does it exist in metal? What coupling can I do with the pinion? Thanks bye!

Beautifull chassis ! But in my opinion this gears can't handle too much power ... So you must use it with small power 😂

that looks like FTX Carnage , lower arms, wheels, motor mount, shocks, just look for FTX parts you will see that is all FTX
