Blackjack refers to the dangers of being too rash and ambitious, comparing overly ambitious people to gamblers in danger of striking a "22" in a game of blackjack. Depression of the Cybernetics speak of the irony surrounding the fabrication and invention of weapons as deterrents. Countries build weapons for wars...yet the possession of powerful weapons alone threatens peace as we know it. Double Lariat talks about two things: our responsibility to take good care of Earth; and the question if we have really turned out the way we used to think we would be. Finally, Hello Worker talks about the daily life of a mediocre worker: always wondering if there exists a better life for himself/herself while feeling the daily stress and pressure put on by our corporate world today.

i love how mature most of luka’s songs are. they’re usually neither overly cutesy and fun or super edgy (extremely edgy stuff isn’t adult/mature at all, contrary to popular belief imo). they actually feel like they’re about real life, they’re relatable, and that’s why she feels most like she could be a real person to me. i love to escape and listen to cute bops by miku, but there’s nothing quite like luka and her down-to-earth and adult demeanor. even the more fun songs just feel real.

This song was when I first "met" Luka, I was in a pretty dark place & she saved me with this song. Luka will forever be my best girl/waifu. Something about her voice soothes & grounds my soul. Truth be told I fell in love with her voice before I even knew her appearance. Once I saw her that was just the icing on the cake.

I feel like with Vocaloids, seeing as I have absolutely no clue what they are saying, their voices are pretty much an instrument. A very advanced instrument obviously, which is very distinct. But I also really like the instrumentals, and I actually listen to a lot of music without lyrics to begin with, such as Waterflame89's music. So ya, that's definitely one of the reasons I like this song.
