This has to be bugged. Illusion should not count or treated as heroes in skills like this. If this is allowed, then BS Thirst also should be allowed (which cause him to run mega fast, and then Dota cinema made video title Valve Broke BS Patch 7.xx)

I wouldn't blame the PL though, it's 24 minutes and what kind of madman who plays PL goes for skadi first? You usually go Aghs, Diffu and Manta if you're playing safely.

When there are questionable, broken interactions between some heroes and new skills, that's "questionable" game design. It seems off, but we don't really know. It might be intended. It might be part of a greeter vision to balance play styles, it might be part of a plan we don't fully understand yet. When there are dozens of broken interactions every new patch that all revolve around how a SINGLE hero interacts with similar abilities, that's BAD game design. That's a lazy, complacent team not taking the time to test or fix things because it's easier to just have players do it for them and balance the game off of reddit comments.
