Sadly it doesn't exist anymore, it's tagged with "Karlsruhe" and I've also got the first part showing her entering the salon, getting caped and shampooed and before she enters you can see the awning of a "Hotel Avisa" and this Hotel still exists, the salon was located on the corner of "Am Stadtgarten" and "Karl-Hoffmann-Str." (the building was renovated and is now white). But looking into Street View (pictures from July 2022) there is a shop instead selling car parts and that seems also defunct now according to Google Maps. Also according to the metadata the Video is from 2010 and both hairdressers are looking at least well into their mid-50s, rather already 60, so it's very possible that they've got 65 years and went into retirement a few years ago - AFAIK you mustn't stop work and may continue but it seems she went into retirement and hadn't found a successor for the salon.
