The handles + studs could be used in a suspension//cable bridge, or even a space-themed build. That's a cool technique!

I, for one, would like to see Lego Ideas do a foot-tall flushable toilet. With all the curves in the bowl and lids, that'd be a very interesting challenge.

I have been spending few weeks with my daughter building a city with all the essentials: 2 houses with rooms and beds for kids, a kindergarden, buffet restaurant and today I'll start building a emergency center. What I found interesting is building toilets. Every building needs atleast one, and it must be spacious enought to have your hand in it to play. I'm super glad I saw this video, because now I have more designs I can use to make toilets, I was runnin out of those 2*2 plates with 180°arc piece and 5mm hole in the arc-end.

The unnecessary inclusion of that 1×1×⅔ brick. ⅔ being two plates high rather than the 3 plates high a typical brick is. It would interfere with the side facing studs of the 1×1 bricks with 5 studs needed to make the cube. There's no way to connect both sides together.

I wonder how many toilets are there in any official Lego set. The only one I know of is in the Lego Harry Potter Polyjuice Mistake set, since it recreates the Hogwarts bathroom.

Some of these tips require older style pieces to work. Such as the very first tip.

I know those columns used to be SUPER common, I had dozens of them from star wars sets. I'd have to say try to find medium-sized star wars sets, you might have some luck.

@@dw-xy9vm There's a difference between the older style 1w×2l×3h bracket/panel/column pieces made before the early 2000s and those made within the last 10 years, so the newer ones won't work. The 1×1 clips made before 2000 are also different as the clips are thinner, so that "genius tipc" of inserting clip plates into the underside of a 1×2 brick will only work with the older clips, only those made in the 90s or before since the newer ones won't work. The way the instructions are for that 6 sided die/dice also doesn't look like it would work as it unnecessarily looks like it includes a 1×1×⅔ brick (a brick that's two plates high, hence the ⅔) which would interfere with the side studs of the 1×1 brick with studs on all sides and top.
