He most likely was subpoenaed to be a witness, when you are subpoenaed you have to show up or you can get arrested, since he was already in jail then it didn't matter they just submitted the request to the jail and they brought him to court everyday. You don't have to snitch to be brought in to be questioned as a witness. The fact of the matter is when the real paper work was submitted Tay 600 name was not anywhere to be seen. If he had truly witnessed the alleged murder he most likely would have been on trial as well, even with a plea bargain through "snitching"he would have still done some time (5-15 years). They don't just let you off for conspiracy to commit murder (Which is treated like you did the crime by just knowing that crime took place.)

It's called discovery. If Rondo wanted to he could've mailed that shit to them himself. Discovery is made public in the beginning stages of every case (or should be, unless prosecutors are on bullshit, at which point they'll withhold it). It's just not made readily available for any and everyone to get. But no, nothing illegal was done by them being able to see any statements made with regards to the case. Only in big time federal cases, like RICO statute cases is discovery kept sealed. In a murder case, in the courts of a city that sees multiple murder cases every day, they wouldn't be sealed. I'm not saying one way or another if Tay snitched or not, because I wasn't there, and neither was anyone else in these comments acting like they passed the bar, but yeah, specifically to your comment, the lawyer didn't do anything wrong.

he got charged with contempt of court because the girls put him there as a witness and since they said he was there he got subpoena to court to come and explain ,he didn't show up , when you receive a subpoena you have to show up to court , he didn't , and that's why the marshalls came and got him when it was time for him to testify he plead the fifth , think about it if he already had a documented statement that they saw how come he could just easily plead the fifth when its time to testify ? doesnt make sense you have to say everything you say in the interrogation room you have to say on the stand 💯 and another thing if he snitched why would they upload FAKE paperwork TWICE? that let alone proved to me right there he ain't tell

You don't get charged with Contempt for being a subpoena witness you have to make a statement in order for that because he could have been subpoenaed and went and plead the 5th AFTER they read your statement he knew only way that statement would never show up is if he ditched trial n get charged with Contempt. That statement will NEVER be public knowledge only the prosecutors the defendants and defense attorneys and them know if he made a statement.. but they can't prove it to the public since because theres no paper trail since he didn't show up. They all say they seen his statement which they probably did but they couldn't use it.. but he got charged with Contempt that dont happen for no reason

Nigga didn't take the stand which is why he got charged with Contempt of Court. He made a statement they cant use the statement in a case unless the witness come to court he didn't show up which is why he was charged with Contempt of Court since that the statement wasn't used to convict them so that statement will never be publicl information since it wasn't used in the trial. The only person who has those statements are the DA n lawyers or public defenders.. that dude made a statement for sure tho or else he would have never been charged with Contempt

This situation was fucked up. If you listen you to this story it was all kind of twisted. This guy the girls put tay600 on the scene. And the Marshall’s caught him for not coming to court! So he never planned on saying shit lol. Once the girls put him on the scene he’s a potential witness. So of course they would keep pressing him. But the paper work come out and there’s no mention of Tay600 snitching. Evil way to do a homie bro
