Thank you
That fall on the third exchange was ROUGH! Looks like they didn't practice the handoff at all.

I was that faller! We did practice but for some reason our 2nd leg had the baton in his right hand not his left - though my slow start didn't help.

@@Bigern2998 : thanks! I was still in good enough shape to jog a 70s leg in the 4x400 (I'm usually mid 60's) - I wasn't going to catch the guys ahead and no-one behind me was going to catch me, so a comfortable bronze...

@@stephengould4343 that is fantastic! That would be such a fun meet to participate in. Bringing home some hardware is icing on the cake
That was really nice watching this guy 60+ and still running ❤❤❤❤🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐
I love this, about sports Track for all.
Race starts at 2:36.
That many people using a crouch start without blocks mean Meet Management told them they would not provide blocks. Like youth athletes, time is more important; to get them off the track rather than respecting the athletes.
Yessirrrrrr!
Wow!
Up till the winning anchor leg, it looked like sand through an hour glass.
Looks like the guy who got DQ'd last year made it back, this time as the anchor and they finished 3rd.
Masters have a 1 false start rule. The team should not have been DQed. That is a mistake on the part of the official who did not know the rules exception for Masters. And the athletes likely DO.

Yes It makes no sense for a Masters race to DQ anyone for 1 false start …SMH

Masters rules are worldwide, a local meet shouldn't just change rules everyone is used to. Imagine if they said, "In our shot put, you can start running out of the ring." That's not how a sport operated by rules should go. That's why we train officials to read and know the rules.

That poor yellow team
One and done COMPLETELY SUCKS! Re-effing-diculous! Change that rule.

100%. All of those people and their families plan and prepare for this non-professional event and this BS takes away their chance?! Absolutely stupid.
