Because of his envy, jealousy, and hatred of Jimmie Johnson, he has single handedly demoralized this team. He wanted to win so badly without Jimmie Johnson that he made a deal with the devil and he's still footing the bill of that deal. They won't win as long as he is in control.

Jerry would rather lose of his own accord than win and have to give someone else the credit. He is all EGO and no talent. Luckily for Cowboys fans, his kids are no better.
