As of this particular dev build of Dolphin, the game is somewhat playable (with a lot of glitches and FPS slowdowns). However, it has come a long ways in recent months as it used to be completely unplayable due to an issue with rendering the field of depth.

I regret deeply not having bought this game on gc, while it was possible. Loved RS 1, 2 and clone wars.
Try this go to Dolphin -> Config -> Advance -> Clock Override, check mark Enable Emulated CPU Clock Override. You can change the value. Higher is for HIGH FRAME RATE and lower is for SKIPPING FRAMES. I overclocked the value to lower because of my gaming laptop has an RTX 3060.
My favorite game from the Gamecube! Hope it's more playable in the future! It was so beautiful on the console I might just pick one up for this game alone lol

Free Emulator And I assume the lack of drawing on the edges of the screen are a symptom of the Widescreen Hack?

ViremasterOfUSA Yes, there are a few games that behave this way with Dolphin. I would assume that the devs are more concerned with getting the field of depth and some other issues fixed before worrying about the widescreen hack working properly.
So I've got everything set up properly (played through TP with 0 problems), but this game is launching at around half speed with crackling audio. How do I get around that?
What's with the bad clipping during the training mission? I get that when I'm playing Rogue Squadron 2 during the Death Star mission but I've seen vids on youtube where they aren't getting that. What's causing it and how do you fix it?
i have been trying to download the ROM for Rebel Strike but they don't work. Some don't boot while others fail to open. Where can i go to download it?
i got the game to run however the keyboard controls arent working. any suggestions?
Hi, did you try playing the game with the new dolphin 5.0? Is it playable now?
Whenever in a vehicle on the tutorial, it tells me to press the brake and then it won't register that I've braked. So I'm just flying around really slowly with it telling me to brake. I can't find anyone else with this problem - is it a problem with my emulator (Dolphin 4.0-8201) or with my version of the game?
i run it in mi pc but the intro go slow and the sounds (in the intro) sounds horrible. finally at the beginning of every move on every level go like freezing =/ why? (i have the nvidia 950m, direct11 and a intel core i7)

This was made in the beginning of the emulation’s life I see. The stuttering and widescreen clipping was fixed in later versions.

@@mrjtfang2 Ugh, yeah. Trying to emulate it leads to horrendous lag if you have a PC with average specs, and even then you need to fiddle with it.

@@Jamesthe1 Ye'. I haven't figured it out yet if there's some tweaks I missed. I run with a 3080 12 gig and a 12600k
Hi, I'm interested in your Dolphin configuration, I can play Rogue Leader but Rebel Strike fails when I choose the first mission.

Free Emulator I have the same as you only an i7-4790, and I can't get this running at 100% speed, even at the lowest settings. Is there something you did to get it to run correctly?

Did you change the drop down box on the left of the controller setup window to your input device?
Looks horrible with dat widescreen hack thoo. :/
