Hi, I’m really confused!! So my k1 visa was refused few months ago for some weird reason 🤦‍♀️ but we finally scheduled our interview appointment!! But on the nvc web site is still showing refused?? Please I really need help with answers🙏🙏 and I haven’t received any welcome letter or invoice number either??

my Case is approve by NVC since Jun 2020 i never receive any 60 day or 90 day notice .

Me and my husband is still waiting for our interview status IR1 DQ October 2020.. when will they schedule his interview. Waiting for interview in UAE and he still I iran and I'm here in USA

Hello, to be honest with you, nobody will know when she will get her interview letter. Unfortunately you have to wait until NVC is able to schedule her interview when her Priority date becomes current. Keeps checking the visa bulletin board every month. Thanks

Hello John, please i need your advice, when my dad filled for me i was single and i have reach the process of welcome letter. So , there's this part where they said i should pay for my affidavit of support and myself, under the place for my payment, i saw another part which say derivative applicant ,because i am now married. so i added my wife and daughter. The page for payment wasn't available anymore for me and i saw that the visa case has changed to F31, please what do you think i do? Should i remove them or i should just leave it? Because i dont know when the visa case would become available again

Hello, you did the right thing by adding your wife and daughter. Of course your visa category will change because you are no longer single. At this point you have to wait until your Priority Date becomes current again to continue the process. Thanks

Before you get this letter did you receive the letter stating that NVC will schedule an interview in your county or that was your first email 📧

My mother is green card holder. My mother apply for my sisters who were under 21 years old. One of sister become over 21 years old september 2020. Application is documentary qualified january 2021. We are waiting for interview schedule. Do we have to apply for cspa before interview? Please answer.
