Joe Walsh is just a really great guy. And that beats out “really great guitarist” (which he also is, of course) in this life.😊

This brought tears to my eyes. Imagine when he grows up telling the story of how he jammed onstage with, Joe Walsh, Dave Grohl and Nathan East! You guys are amazing!!!👏👏👏

Did you notice his guitar wasn't plugged into anything, no cable, no wireless, no sound, and although sort of in the rhythm not necessarily accurately, which is what in sync implies, and rhythm is child's play, because kids learn in kindergarten. If you yourself knew how to play guitar well enough to know what notes to expect following his hands he was out of key and didn't really know what he was doing, and he wasn't picking any strings in particular, just mimicking strumming. The kid is not a guitar player by any stretch of the word; Maybe one day, but not yet. I can only imagine he will be featured on a Stevie T video on the subject of "guifakery". I don't think this was ever about him being a guitar player, just Joe being a good godfather and giving the kid a great experience, and he obviously succeeded at that.

@@tonyjones1560 If that were true he would actually be able to play at least a little, maybe even like some of those prodigies that at even younger ages can play some pretty serious stuff. Sorry, but as a guitar player, it's not at all what we saw, more like Joe got him the guitar very recently.

The young man will never forget this moment in time..

The only thing more amazing is that Joe Walsh is still doing this at AGE 75!! Way to go, Joe!

He really is! I saw him with the Eagles this year and Joe Walsh absolutely stole the show by playing wholeheartedly and really, really well. He was a joy. to this 69.5 year old.

This video clip of Roy Orbison, 3rd at 6 years old getting to play with these rock & roll greats is the GREATEST thing I've seen/heard in a long .. long time! Little Roy is the grand son of a legend! AND HE'S LEFT HANDED! Joe is a wonderful human being and Godfather to him.

At age 19 in the fall of 1973 I sat just about as far away to Joe Walsh with his band Barnstorm in Lincoln, Nebraska as this camera was to Joe in the vid. It was easily the best live show I've ever experienced....and like most of you all probably.....this 69 yr. young BOOMER has seen a ton of 'em. At one point, I had to take a leak, so made my way to the crowded restroom and there were 2 guys from my high school in Tucson Arizona....1300 mi. away, in there.....I was so stoned I just looked at 'em and stammered and about passed out. Had no idea they were in Lincoln. Joe just peeled everybody's faces back that night. Never forget it. So very soothing to know that he's older than me by a few and still kicking ass.

As a guitar player of 50 some years myself, ln a world full of players,let me tell you, Walsh has something all his own. That is an incredible achievement, and it continues to stand the test of time, still!! He is one of the Greats, my friends!!

He's got some great big shoes to fill! He's off to a good start! It's so nice to see that there are kind people in the music industry! What an amazing experience for this young man!❤

I see Nathan East everywhere . . . And rightfully so. He's great! Got to see him with Clapton a couple of years ago.

Joes still got it! Love this man. His music and guitar playing got me through some tough times. He inspired me to keep playing guitar. He’s one of the greatest and always will be. This little guy is amazing! He’s going very very far!

Always love the James Gang days with Joe. So crazy his journey and the legends of him and Keith Moon and Ringo and Entwistle. My lord how rock n roll has saved so many lives. God Bless Joe and little Roy rock on the Rocky Mountain way.

A big thank you Joe from this Vietnam era Navy vet. i first saw him at Poplar Creek, outside of Chicago around 1980 and recently on the Hotel California Eagles tour. Always entertaining and the crowd favorite.

When Joe plays he's always having fun and it just pours out into the crowd he's different each and every night what he's feeling at the time he just lets it out what a cool cat

That is a memory that Rob Orbison 3 will never forget. He may even turn out to be a talented musician like Joe Walsh. I'm sure he's learning from Joe.

Saw Joe in concert before he joined the Eagles. Always loved his music and still pull up a playlist of Joe's stuff from time to time. Tom Bukovac holding down the other guitars on this tour is awesome. That guy can play with anybody.
