To be fair, he's exposing the problems and bringing them up to the surface. that way Konami might act quicker on a solution (hopefully Cyber Stein to 0x if you ask me)

@@dantevic You could summon an unlimited amount of monsters during that turn, not just one. So back then the play was, summon two gatling dragons, use their effects to pop themselves and all of your opponents cards, then OTK with cyber end or ultimate dragon (which you were able to summon with your new space). Doing this allowed the deck to run a bunch of stall cards to dig for stein.

I saw a deck doing that, its a fun gimmick, but it sucks. Aromages usually spam their monsters to gain lots of lp, you very rarely have enough space for Cyber Stein + a big fusion. Its a goodd counter to getting BRD though, but that doesn't happen enough to justify playing it

Muffing 21 kinda not subjective though. Konami have a history and a mission to ban any card or change any skill that is related to a FTK like strategy, gemknight ftk and even firewall dragon, so clearly Konami doesn’t even consider ftk like decks “real deck” that is good for the game

Reminds me of when I played the eternal duelist soul, the gba game from 2002. I was just a kid, but I thought I was so godly in those days being able to win on the second turn with cyber stein, megamorph and a blue eyes ultimate dragon.

This thing is probably the reason many fusion monster have 'must be fusion summoned' in their text

As soon as Dkayed uploaded this video Konami made a last minute adjustment to their Banlist before releasing it and bam Cyberstein got hit.

I love the fact that he always Attacks with Ojama King with 0 attack points 😂

I left the game almost two or three years ago, and this deck is still playing! Hahahah. I'm glad I never came back.

I love the fact that shortly after you made this video cyberstein a long with I want to say 70% of the cards/decks that have been running the meta were hit. Time for a new meta to begin!

Are you gonna make an update on this deck since you can only hold one copy

The thing is you can use ddd and if you go first you can pop their ojama king and probably fill up your entire field in a single turn and if they summon cyber stein just pop it as soon as it’s summoned

I had some YuGiOh game boy game. You start with 8,000 LP. I remember getting Cyberstein and just summoning Blue Eyes Ultimate and winning everything. The rest of my deck were searching and drawing cards.

I seriously hate this deck with a burning passion. A lot of people played it in the KC Cup. With no cards like Effect Veiler, you lose going second.

@@s_ame1135 Yeah, I understand Cyber Stein still lose quite often. But I think having handtraps in DL will be really helpful. Battle traps arent enough nowadays. Opponent will simply cyclone it. We have a lot of strong archetype such as D/D now so I think it's quite reasonable.

@@Salimslam Hand traps are too much on a 20-deck format since players have a better percentage to top deck it. Imagine players having a Fiendish, Ballista, and Raigeki on the field and hand traps on his hand. Too convoluted and not fun anymore unless they manage to limit every staple trap cards so that's reasonable.

Met a very similar build in ranked yesterday. The opponent used 2 Magical Mallet on the very first turn and still couldn't draw into Cyber Stein, lmao; they scooped on my turn.

What if the opponent somehow negates the attacks at that round

Luckily when I played against this usually I had a blackwing synchro on the field and used blackbird close from my hand.But yeah without a turn 1 play my deck is screwed against this.

Lol ive played this deck a long time ago. Yeah it was consistent. Tfw you go first and summon ojama king and your opponent just surrender The one i played was with alpha lp boost tho so i can only summon the extra deck monster once

I'd think Konami would most probably nerf the skill again IF the deck is getting nerfed anytime...

@@filipdzero8739 its not even that consistent, even with Into the Void. It helps a bit, but you saw the video, he lucked out twice by top decking Cyber Stein without having any Into the Void or Magical Mallet in hand. If he didn't get lucky with those, he would have lost easily

is card of sancity got bugged? because afte read the effect, i understand the "min. 1 from each" text refers to banishing card your contol and in your hand. so, for player who activated card of sancity must banish at least 1 card in hand and card still on his/her control. Or, the definition about "banishing card your control and in your hand" is remain to card condition which mean it must your card and must be on your hand. a little bit confused about it

The only way to kill a cancer is with a cancer- that 1 lava golem player he played againts at the stream.

Only problem with the decks is that the cards take too long to farm. Tea Gardner literally drops any cards but the ones in the deck

If i play this deck and got second turn, my cyber stein would be floodgated, canadia or raigeki break. I rarely win with this deck if i going on second turn.

It sucks having to play against cyber stein, but mostly if you play a grit otk deck with no tech outs or follow up plays...

This deck is so fcking old, but for f2p like me, still grateful to have this deck on my duel links.

Now I realized why I'm suffering so much lately....

once I maganed to win against one by walling the magician knight twice, then doing absolutely nothing until my opponent decks out.

Can't zeta use his effect on special summoned monsters when they first show up to the field and their effects won't trigger?

The monster Zeta is targeting should already be "summoned" on the field and it doesn't negate summons to be able to do that.

I fought against this deck a couple of days ago, they went second and I dunno if they misplayed or my starting hand was too good but I managed to summon 1 BE and 1 Keeper and during their turn I fiendish chain the cyber stein. Personally I think this deck is easy to beat with the right cards and a lot of luck to get the first turn
