I am older and have many friends from all walks of life and beliefs. We all get along just fine and at the end of the day we all have the same end goal: happy, healthy, long lived, family and community. This is how it's supposed to be. The rise of the keyboard warrior has been a huge determent and people can't believe we used to all get along and hang out together and many of us still do. This division is largely driven by the media and social media. That whole go outside and touch grass thing is very true.

I've had been eating the Pink salt, but all of a sudden I couldn't stand the taste of it. I got celtic salt from the heathfood store and it tastes WONDERFUL and does NOT swell my feet up like other salts do. Win win for me! I listen to my body...

Love the video and watching your journey! Anyone a suggestion for someone that is a super white ginger? I never ever had to wear sunscreen but my husband literally can't be in the sun for more than 10 minutes without looking like a tomato without sunscreen poison.
