People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Sora is not even released yet. Once that happens you can expect to know limitations, cost and capabilities. A future hands on video from Liam will be great.

Hey Liam. Nice content. I am a student affairs director and was wondering how I could use SORA to create a video presentation showcasing life on an HBCU campus. Greek life, Sports, Academic, and Social activities.

I got a big idea. Haven’t seen anyone do it yet.

I've been told that my fiction writing style is "cinematic" meaning as you read you can easily visualize or walk through my story. With that type of fiction writing can I use Sora to convert my novel into an animated movie without involving a lot of professions? Could I in a few clicks create a movie from my story? If not is that something your company does? How much would it cost to do that, and is there a way I could monetize my movie?

Is it available to all?

The very big use cases that are missing from this are 1) open ai has demonstrated it can duplicate video game environments. If sora becomes real-time then the barrier of entry for making a video game goes to little. If this is the case there are whole new markets of interactive media that is created. Interactive ads, interactive websites, video games in certain universes and styles or after popular books and games, marketing material broken into mini games, etc >>>this also has the side of teaching people and enabling them for this 2) there will be a use case or market for having sora integrate into existing apps and tools. For generating content, but also for it using simulations in sora to think through scenarios (open ai talks about this in one of their articles) 3) video and marketing pipelines that are highly personalized to the individual customers can complement text and content highly personalized to the customer

If the real estate video is not 100% accurate then you could be looking at a lawsuit because when they buy the home and something is different, it opens up a lawsuit.

I agree but I think Liam is talking about taking the actual photos of the houses being sold and animating those which would all be 100% accurate but would have motion to them. But don't think he was talking about trying to prompt to get the exact same house by chance with AI. That def would be ethically horrific. haha.
