Do you have a video or advance for a dinner interview? I have made it to the final round, and the night before the panel interview, I will be having dinner with the Sr VP. We have talked before via Zoom on the last interview, so I know we get along. But is there any advice you can give for the dinner, like how to dress and what to order for dinner? Thank you

I had an interview with cio where all he did was talk for an hour.. I figured he was selling me and just sat back and relaxed. I got the offer letter that afternoon. Had another interview with hiring manager and he STARTED the interview asking me what questions I had for him. unfortunately only had a couple staged , it was awkward and a short interview.. needless to say No Offer ...😮

He probably wasn't considering you for the job. When they do they usually have a lot of questions. Happened to me.

Would it be bad to ask if they have that mean girls backstabbing kind of work environment? That’s really my only concern. I don’t thrive in that situation.

I would tell them that to their face I declined interviews with at least 3 companies because of illegal things they did.

Hello I watch all your interviews thanks for sharing. I learned so much. Quick question, I show no videos about this issue. I currently have over 16 years of experience in a field, I don't look my age and people that interview me don't believe me on my experience. I am 38 and look 28. What can I do? Please help. Should I tell them my age so I look more creditable in the interview?. I have a job interview coming up. Thank you so much.

I had an interviewer ask me if I knew what something was. And despite my 20 years experience at that time, I had no clue what she was talking about. It freaked me out at the time and shifted the whole vibe. Now I think I would have probably said, Wow, 20 years doing this and I have never heard of that. Instead of grasping at straws like I did. I mean, maybe it’s a trick question. Why would I not know about something in my field at this point? Still dont know what she was talking about

Hi Mr. LaCivita. First, thank you for all the content. Your information is invaluable and has led me to being in serious contention with 4 different employers at the moment. However, with one of these employers I have already had 7 different interviews/conversations and the hiring manager just told me today that after they interview internal candidates this week, there may be one or two more people they want me to meet with. I took this as a major red flag. Is that correct? When do I say enough is enough? The position is a mid-senior level manager position but 8 or 9 interviews seems excessive. Please help!

You are 3 interviews way too many. That is a major red flag. They suffer from analysis paralysis and for a mid manager that is too stupid. It should not take no more than 3 interviews.
