I think this video is awesome!!! Someone actually courageous enough to show us what really happens when you try new things!! Makes me realize it’s not just me that makes mistakes when crafting. Love the owl, coaster and ashtray!!

Loved the video and admire your determination. My first 2 resin crete projects went in the trash.

That ashtray turned out really nice, but I'm not sure its a maple leaf.....looks more like a pot leaf to me, but I could be wrong. The failed box could be turned into some sort of fountain in some ruins or something.

Thank you , if you goggle Japanese Maple leaf, it looks exactly like the mold and that’s what it was labeled as at Temu too , I just bought it because I liked it but did not know it was an ashtray, the failed box is already underway of becoming a usable box again - I will show it in the next video - thanks for watching!

I placed my Temu order on March 17th also. It finally shipped this week. It was put on a plane and the plane departed this morning. So hopefully yours isn’t far behind. (Plus I already received my $5 credit. You should have also.)

I’m glad yours has shipped - mine is still showing preparing to ship , and yes I received a $5 credit but with $150 order I would much rather get my stuff in a timely matter - thankfully I can still and have gotten what I needed off Amazon in 2 days for not much more - Guess I’m just disappointed because I have been such a huge Temu fan

I loved watching you...I like to show it all too...that owl is beautiful and I love how you fixed him...that last piece reminded me of something I used to have in my aquarium all you need is some columns and you'll be in Rome...just beautiful!!! Great job~

Mine have been taking longer too. 3/14 and 3/16 but they have credited me $10 on each packages already and the still have not shipped. FYI if you didn’t know, When you go to track your order there is a spot that says cancel order or urge shipment if you click on urge shipment they will give you the $5 off I did that 2 times on each order 4 days after the first $5 and got the extra $5off both orders.

I disagree with that because it’s powder you can breathe it in - it floats in the air

I was going to place my 2nd order with Temu…..I think I will wait for now. I have a feeling they have been slammed with orders. Love the owl! So much great detail. 😊😍 Thank you for showing the fails and successes. I love the realness!

I think I heard you mention a maple leave, but I think it's a different type of leaf. I seen a Canadian flag and I don't remember seeing those extra. Leaves at the bottom.

would love to know how to work out the ratio to size of your mold to what to use as in powder and water

So would I , with resin is pretty simple but with the ResinCrete casting powder I haven’t figured it out yet - I always make what I think is too much and have a small mold ready to go

I too am waiting on some Temu orders 6 total from March 16, 17, 18, and 19th. For the longest time it would say order not shipped yet and at one point there was a message that stated if it hasn't shipped in 15 days they would give me a full refund and still ship the items. So of course on day 11 or 12 I get a message stating it was preparing to ship then the next day it finally shipped. But still waiting on those packages, stuck at airport since the 29th. I have since received $60 credit in total from Temu because of them being late. Hopefully your package will send soon. Love the owl and thank you for sharing your fails, that was pretty thick stuff.

Just posted a new video that shows the crumbled box lol - and temu finally shipped all five of my orders together, but still showing at the airport waiting for flight - I got a $15 total credit -Thank You for watching!

I placed an order on March 13, 17, 22, and 28. They sent me a $5.00 credit. They also say you can cancel if you haven’t received it. They also are sponsoring so many channels now and shipping to different countries. The lady I talked to said they were filing orders for people they are sponsoring first. Business has really p/u and they can’t keep up. I love that owl. Can you tell me where you got the mold? I think the video was great. People need to learn from seeing what can happen. Thank you for watching my video. The owl came from Temu , I have bought all my craft supplies from them for the past two months until the slow down then I had to start buying from Amazon again- I’m glad their business is doing great but I don’t agree with them shipping sponsored first, they need to ship to the paying customers first but thankfully we have other places to buy from if we need it quicker than a month, until they conquer their growing pains lol

They do look similar but it actually is a Japanese Maple Leaf , my sister has a few of those trees in her yard
