6 Toproll Exercise Variations Using A Belt | Arm Wrestling Training
In this video I will show you my top 6 toproll variations using a judo belt. Each one is slightly different not only how it feels in the hand, but rather how it attacks the hand, fingers and wrist. I am using a cable pulley station but alternatively you can use any suspended weight.

I do first variation, but I wrap another time n I put a thick sponge or stress ball outside of the hand in between the belt. I don't train from losing position. The sponge really targets the pronator like crazy even with low weights.

3 and 5 look very similar. Which of those 2 do you prefer?
Also you ever just pronate just a double layered belt , with no knot ?

Bro I m not able to utilise my top roll power when it comes to strap...Give ne suggestions or please upload exercise videos to increase power in strap as well

Unfortunately straps is a game changer. You have to learn to use the straps for your advantage by pulling through the wrist rather than hand. I may do a video on ways to train in straps.

what's the point of training toproll with a lash below the thumb?

Comfort as it gives you something to hold on to while still focusing on the pronation.
Is this also good for forearm/grip strenght or its just to train toproll
