You should wait for 2 weeks and then text or call her and say you did respect her decision and tried to move on but nothing happened you still feel love for her, and now you want her to solve this, because no one should play with someone's feelings like this. Why she accepted your proposal if she weren't ready for relationship? Or she have to give you a proper reason.
