Hello, I want to ask about some questions, I hope someone with similar experience would help me out, I am expecting to be in Germany in mid-October( the deadline for enrollment is 29 October ), to enroll to the master degree it requires a health insurance, but to have the health insurance I need to have a bank account which requires a residence permit but to have the residence permit I need accommodation, my question is how am I supposed to enroll if it took time to find permanent accommodation, can I register just with me staying at a hostel or Airnbn for the first days of my arrival , and can 15 days be enough or I will miss the enrollement ?
