Thank you for this video. I have been struggling to lose weight for 7 years. I went from 170 lbs to my now weight of 260 lbs I am at my highest weight in my life I’m miserable Have trouble walking Have trouble sleeping Have trouble excercising I have been on diets from weight watchers to the weight loss injections and pills I stress eat Please help me My weight loss goal is 100 lbs
