I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other. I think humans should just ditch concepts like dating, marriage, and pair bonding. I feel like this world would be a much better place without romance than it is with it. In my opinion, romantic love should not be on the highest pedestal. In my opinion, parents and siblings' family love is the strongest. Family knows who you are. Romance is fake for lots of people, put on a false persona and romance on most parts gets ugly real fast. For the reality of romance is no Disney love story. Parents and siblings' family love is one of the strongest types of love there is. If romantic love is actually real, it would be one of the weakest types of love there is.

Definitely with my soul mate right now🥰 makes me feel safe and forget everything that's happened to me. They help me feel so confident and I can't describe the feelings I get when with him💖

To be honest, i never truly believed in soul mates until I fell in love with my best friend. The timing has just been bad for us. For the last 3-4 years, I've been making sure my life is moving in a direction that will help me improve in areas I am lacking, so I can be better to and for her. Exactly the same for me! The timing was absolutely perfect and we just understand each other, even from the very beginning. Ever since I met him my life feels like a fairytale, and I'm the princess. oh haha must be fate. because same ive been through a lot with depression and there's this guy we just transferred here actually in their side, and he's my neighbour im tellin you bae i got signs and just knows he's different (ive been in one-sided lol so im like doubting, one of the reasons why i prayed that to God). other than that seems like everything is setting apart! i just got signs today idk if what it does even mean i mean i know he doesn't care! so i talked about/pray God that if he has nothing to do with my life he can remove him, but guess what he's still here! Everything u said are so accu. I met someone a year ago online, it's crazy because everything we do are same without expecting anything, even we communicate we feels very comfortable for each other, like we only met for a month but seemed like we've already known each other for a long time, we exactly know what's our perspective through things (We never met personally, we're totally strangers) and we share same personality as well, but still we had differences at how we interact, how we resolve things and our beliefs in life. My friend Ace is my soulmate but I have a partner. I've known Ace for years and I've always felt this extremely strong pull to them. A strong connection but idk if he feels the same. It's not even romantic or shrexual. It's platonic. I don't want to kiss him or be with him, I just like being around him. I love hanging out with him but we're so different in some ways I don't know if he feels the same and it kind of stings. I'll watch him some days walk to his next class and I find myself stopping and just staring. Sometimes wanting to run to him and just walk and talk with him. Just to be in his presence. We've been trying to hang out for months but his mom is super abusive and doesn't let him hang out with friends for more than one day a week. And yet even after we've drifted apart a little bit I still feel this insanely strong pull to him. I want to do everything I can for him. To make him happy. He really struggles with his mental health and I used to but not nearly as bad. He has it horribly worse than me and I think that's kind of why we've sort of drifted apart. I've healed most of my trauma and he's still stuck. It's sad and it makes my heart ache to think about. I remember I didn't know how to express or understand how I felt so I became a textbook yandere towards him lol. Except I wouldn't kill anybody but I would threaten to hurt them. Yeahhh it was bad 😅 thankfully I'm fine now and I don't do that lol but still. I feel bad I don't feel this way about my girlfriend, even though I still feel a pull to her it's not nearly as strong. I've never felt the pull I feel with Ace with anyone else. Not nearly as strong as least. Idk. I'd be surprised if someone read this lol but I'm just kind of venting. I've told my girlfriend about how I was a "yandere" and she got upset I wasn't that way with her and I can honestly understand. It kinda sucks I don't feel this way with my girlfriend and instead with a friend that sadly doesn't seem as close anymore. I genuinely believed and have believed for a long time that he's my platonic soulmate. And I think I might have found my romantic soulmate too. My current partner. I'm going to ask Ace to be my best man at my wedding. I really really *really* hope he lives that long... *Update* My friend is doing really well! Mentally and physically:) And I confessed all this to him a few weeks ago ((I couldn't find the comment to update this)) and he agreed! He felt the same way. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. I did encounter my soul mate recently but the timing was mismatch but let me share my experience 1. For the first time in my life I saw Orion belt and what's more magical was the movie I was watching at that time showed orion belt too 2.I dreamt of my person before we met 3.I believe in astrology so my tarot told me about my person like some months ahead 4.I didn't want nobody to come into my life and that's when we met 5.We felt instant connection and open up the day we started talking (which was our first time to do those) 6.when we met we felt serendipity and felt so comfortable as if we have been seeing each other for the long time 7.we both have been seeing synchronised number especially 11:11 8.My person was not at all my type and vice versa 9.The connection was too strong especially emotional connection and we both had same life experiences 10.we cross path some years back in social media group and we have been in places one after the other ( eg- before we met my person lived in North and later I lived there and moved to South then I too same) 11. This one is bitter sweet but both of us were heart broken by same type of people with same zodiac sign with same personality hahaha 12.I love this one we both are very different individual but then very similar to the point if I liked a meme and shared she already was in process to shared the same meme, if I liked a video and share about it she already had watched it and liked it the same day, it was like we were twinning and all those happened on the same day all the time 13. This one is the most romantic with my person I never had to explain how I felt coz she knew before I could explain 14. I could relate to all these points. But my situation is so complicated. She is with someone else, but she has expressed her feelings for me a number of times, but she doesn't want to leave the other guy. The worst part is that me and all our common friends can very evidently see that she's really into me, but she just seems to be forcing herself out of this. She's too sensitive to leave anyone without any fault of theirs. But the connection and the immense love that's there between me and her is extraordinary. The whole situation has made me so vulnerable and depressed. I feel so sad every single day. All I know is that I love her with all my heart and she too has intense feelings for me. I don't know why I'm writing all of this, but I guess I just wanted to let it all out somehow. My depression has several other reasons as well, but this has been affecting me the most, probably.

When we met and when I finally got close to him and been is his arms, I felt like I was made to be right ther, and he was made to welcome me in his arms, like I was the missing piece for his puzzle. And most importantly, he made me talk, whereas I have always been the listener with people. He insisted that I talked to him, and made me reveal the most hurtful experiences I had in my life. My soulmate died in 2019. We fell in love at first sight in 2008. He called me every day of 2008/2009 and I moved in feb 14 of 2011. We married on may 1st of 2013. He died 2 days after my 30th birthday.

Does self-love means self-respect which means that you understand that not every food (i.e junk) should enter your temple and that working out to have a healthy shape is necessary?? I certainly think so!!!
