I experienced this 3 years ago. One day I just decided to drop everything off. Left my work, cut communication with the outside world and literally went AWOL from my friends. I basically just said "fuck it all" and run away to our province. I'm still kinda lucky because I have the means to do all that but still it took me 2 years to be able to get out again, stroll around the mall or parks and meet again with my friends. Idk about your situation but you need to take a rest. Emotional burn out is a serious issue and people should be taken seriously when they say they're tired.

I think you should. Maybe start with something small, like talking to a friend or family member about it. Or, if that's too much, maybe you could just write it down in a journal or meditate on it. But please don't ignore it. That'll make it worse in the long run.

@derpyxmochiiku ! Well, before anything else, I'd just like to make it known that I'm not a mental health professional or a therapist. I'm just a person on the internet going off the things I know. With that said, if you don't want to talk to your loved ones, my answer depends on why that is. Sometimes it's hard to open up, but it's worth it. The burden isn't so heavy when you don't have to carry it alone. It takes courage to get better, and courage can put you into some uncomfortable positions sometimes. :/ For journaling, it doesn't have to be anything fancy! Do you have a couple of sheets of paper and a pencil lying around? :) The point of journaling and meditating is to get in touch with your body and mind. If you don't like those options, there are other ways to do that! I've heard exercise is a good one, but you'll want to do your own research into that.

Been emotionally drained after I've graduated from high-school, about five years ago. My parents got a lot of pressure put it on me after seeing my younger brother rebellious stage when he was still in high school. We were a year apart. He got into a lot of trouble, pulling me with him for a scolding when I didn't do nothing. Thought I could attend a uni but was rejected by my parents. Forced to find work rather than continuing studying. Nagged me to find work for a year, then been treated unfairly at work for three months before I changed to another job but only to be bullied for a year. My passion for drawing and writing were restricted after my parents found me another job that worked from ten to ten until now. My old drawings and writings were thrown out by my parents with nothing left but only a few I've kept hidden. My mother was most likely to made my decision to her liking rather than listening to me. My father always had that negative opinion about me. My brothers were always thinking about themselves rather than helping. They would push me into a cliff if they had to. Nothing I do was always right, that's why I felt tired all the time. Even when I'm at home. It's exhausting to live this life.

I'm soo emotionally drained right now. I could not help but cry as I sat at the table for tea alone. I can't define that feeling but say I was scared. Just too scared. I was desperately searching for a book or any medium of distraction because just sitting there, having tea felt such a waste of time. Idk why. I barely keep myself too busy. Then I fell down the stairs and I guess when you're hurt your emotions suddenly overwhelm. Sometimes when I'm too emotionally exhausted, all I can think about is how very sorry I am for all the people I ever hurt. For all the people I failed to comfort. For all the times I could have been a bit more kind. No matter who's fault. In fact I'm always oversensitive towards other people but some or the other way I feel I hurt them. I had to get some work done and my mind felt to frustrated to complete it but I kept everything aside and I'm going to sleep. Hope you'll too have a peaceful night sleep tonight. ❣️
