I use Alibaba all the time for my other business but keep in mind, many medical supplies are regulated by the FDA. For example, I looked into selling custom cute stethoscopes but the manufacturers said they aren’t US FDA complaint.

Rent room out to: Travel RN, RT, Doctor ,etc b) purchase used furniture for rental room. c) my house is near airport:...so rent car to travel RN that you rent Room too.

I thought about moving the California for about 2 years to work a bunch of overtime and then come back home to Bama and pay off my land and get a very nice house built. The only thing that stopping me is how do I find a hospital that's desperate and willing to approve a lot of overtime? I don't want to get a job only to find out that they are stingy! Bring on the 16 hour shifts baby!

Also watch out with taxes. If you work 11 months straight out of a 24 month period (double check the months) in one state, then that becomes your home tax state.

Unfortunately, even within one hospital overtime availability may differ greatly. So, it's not that easy finding the right place of work that will offer a ton of OT. However, working in a place like the ER, ICU, or medsurg/tele will give you the highest chance of being able to pick up OT.

Live In a small city (like I do in central CA). We basically have 1 big hospital within 1 hour radius. We are always busy (I am in OB). Always lots of overtime. Or find PRN jobs in a different hospital and work as much as you can in your full time job

@@NursesToRiches thanks. Hopefully, it is still considered as a low COL area. Felt like everywhere is expensive nowadays. Even here in Ohio, 2BR is $1420 and up.

All these side hustle are great, but not guranteed to make a good income unless you willing to stand out from the competition. Section 8 rental is good because the government is paying you to rent out a house to a tenant. I heard people grossing 40k a month out of it. Cons include if you don’t screen tenants properly they can trash your place up and make you sell at a lost. Real estate is almost guranteed as long as you know what you doing.

You make a decent point but renting out real estate requires a bit more work and capital than most side hustles do initially. So, if someone wanted to get started immediately, then buying a home in order to rent it out to section 8 tenants would not be the easiest route to take.

Hi! If you are introverted, then having a digital business is excellent because you technically wont even have to speak with anyone, lol. You can just make tiktoks/reels/shorts showing your note-taking process with a voiceover or titktok's robot voice and it's guaranteed that nursing students or other nurses will ask you how they can get a copy of your notes.

Not at all. From all of the dropshipping I've done, they get around having the customer pay for customs fees by labeling the package properly (including the total cost of the product on the label). I have not had any customer come back to me to tell me that they had to pay customs fees after their purchase.

I’m interested in the first side hustle, Alibaba

The best side hustle is picking up overtime or extra shifts, the second side hustles are investments/dividends portfolio. The problem with these online stores you have the risk of not selling them and ending up losing money, also it takes time more time and effort instead of just working another shift in a week.

When you pick up overtime you will trade your time to earn more money. The same amount of time could be dedicated to learning a new craft and monetizing it. That craft could eventually become a successful business that will produce more income than any amount of overtime you'd ever be able to work. Sure there are risks involved, but that's why wealthy people succeed. They don't look at risks as obstacles-they instead look at them as challenges that they can overcome along the way.

Yeah, PayPal is notoriously known for holding funds. One thing that I used to do is transfer my funds out at least 2-3 times per week so I PayPal wouldn't get the chance to hold on to 10s of thousands of dollars worth of my deposits. And the way I got around long ship times is by using different suppliers, but also making it very clear on my website that shipping could take up to 6 weeks, and I would do this on every page .

The products you buy from aliexpress are sold at extremely discounted prices. So, for example, if you were to buy a lamp from Amazon for $40, that same lamp might be selling on aliexpress for $10. So, when you create a website that centers around selling this lamp, you charge $50 for the lamp, use the $50 to pay aliexpress then $10 they charge you for the lamp, and keep the difference of $40.

For me, dropshipping was the easiest and cheapest way to earn money. And, if your dropshipping business does really well, you can turn it into a brand and purchase the products from Alibaba.com to save even more money and deliver the products to your customers at a much faster shipping time.
