u could get key to get rengoku from any npc in ice castle but the library key can oly be obtained by killing awk ice admiral

It's true I got it from those npc while grinding

I didn’t miss v3 NPC because I have v3 cyborg and mink and I noticed the NPC at snow mountain because I have super human and I didn’t miss mysterious man because I went after TTk and the chest for rengoku and I know the hot area it’s called a law raid (actually a order raid for the game) and I host 79 law raids so I know where the chip is and I have war machine title with Spanish pink

Id say sharkman karatw with buddha is way better than superhuman and buddha for grinding since sharkman has no delay and is faster
