The Capri is a 540 Big Block Chev with twin rear mount turbos, the fabrication of the new turbo setup, suspension setup and full engine tuning was done by my good mate Chris who is a genius on another level.

@@TheIronEmpire no worries at all, the previous time it competed at Drag Challenge it was the same Big Block but was loaded up with nitrous instead of the turbo’s The Capri has more in it too, the data showed that it was making around 2700hp at the crank on that 6 second pass 💪

LS's are great an all but they sure do sound bad compared to old small blocks or big blocks

Good stuff man love to drive down the shops to grab milk a bread in a 7 second street car thats amazing and the bend raceway is good in trackwise and seating but pitwise prettymuch the same as AIR A FKN DUSTBOWL WHEN I SAW TUFF CARS PITTING IN THAT DIRT JUST REMINDED ME OF AIR

Drag challenge makes the yank no-prep look lame 🤘

Goodness, how lame is the speed shown in KPH. The WORLD Wide standard for Drag racing is Miles Per Hour. Even the Arabian drag strips are in MPH. Get your act together The Bend...display MPH, not KPH. And as far as 6 second street cars, don't you boys watch Fullboost. There are several 6 second street cars on the East coast. Torana, HQ Monaro, Im sure there are others.
