You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eats from it. 6)Teach friends and family about Islam. Everytime they learn something from you and they implement it you gain. 7)And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

as someone who happens to have a narc family member - I totally understand. We often get told by how we need to treat parents but we also have right to being treated with dignity and respect.

I agree with alot, but I do not agree with when you said that you are not allowed to be humiliated. This isnt a matter of humility but good character. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: "Forgive those who wronged you, connect with those who cut you off, be good to those who treated you badly, and speak the truth even if it is against yourself." Our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) encountered these situations many times where rocks were thrown at him and he was treated badly, but he stayed patient and had mercy towards the ignorant. This did not lower him in any way or form. He is the greatest man to ever step in this world with his beautiful manners and character. 17:19

I think there is a mistake here. it's not AL-AHZAB verse 37. The correct reference is : Surah Ali 'Imran (3:175): "So do not fear them; fear Me if you are true believers."

The last one is so insensitive, ppl have abusive toxic parents,not overprotective no not that ,they are abusive , its so painful that ppl who have toxic parents have to do to convince u ppl that we have abusive parents , I'm talking about parents who bully, humiliate and abuse you from as early as three years old for no reason, narcassists, I would ask u to do a video on this topic, but u can't because from wt I see your parents aren't toxic in a sick way atleast, so u won't be able to see form our eyes, we're struggling everyday to a point we aren't normal human beings, we can't talk or even walk, we didn't get to develop a character, it's impossible to forgive ppl who didn't destroy your life, but didn't even let u have a life to begin with, I can already read the replies saying, oh they're still your parents, oh u need to accept them, oh you're dramatic, oh we all were hit when we were young....
