I wanted to ask for your opinion I'm currently a 35 year old happily married father but looking for a career change yes I know I'm getting into tech pretty old lol. So the question is do I continue to pursue college and get my bachelors in CS and learn coding languages on the side using all the free online resources or attend a bootcamp to fast track my way into tech?

Really depends on your details. But if you already have another college degree you may not need to get a CS degree (to land a job). It’s hard to advice not knowing everything, but would definitely encourage Coding overall. And, no, you’re not too old! If you are thinking about learning to code, I encourage you to go for it. It is a skill that can open up many doors for you, both personally and professionally.

It really doesn't matter. You're likely not going to use either. Pick the professor you like or a course that has better reviews.

It can absolutely put you in favor, but for some roles and some hiring managers they will probably look at your actual development skills. I’d say if you have an opportunity to be in a top Comp. Sci, then by all means. If not, then it’s not the end of the line for you.
