I request and suggest everyone to please start using a clay pot or iron pan for cooking. Stop using these non stick pans, using these pans is slowly killing you and your loved ones.

Have u ever noticed the increase in cancer, hypothyroidism, pcos and endometriosis since people started using these stuff. Cooking in nonstick is similar to cooking up plastic, Teflon is plastic based

However, at temperatures above 500°F (260°C), Teflon coatings on nonstick cookware start to break down, releasing toxic chemicals into the air ( 18 ). Inhaling these fumes may lead to polymer fume fever, also known as the Teflon flu.if you use it with care nothing cost you anything or else And through it after 4to 5 years later because that coating become useless and then it becomes harmful not that much to get cancer atleast yet according to researchers
