I work in Security in Boston, so I have a keen ability to "read peoples faces". As they did when they were questioning Mary 1 during the reign of Elizabeth 1. Anyway, lol... Your face looks dramatically different from your older video. There is a dramatic change to your face. There is a fullness and peace to your face that I didn't notice from your 1st video. Also you seem like a great guy. keep it up!

I was in an Accident at work when at 17yrs really changed my life, resulting in chronic Epilepsy, and after using the grounding mat and attaching in to an earthing point on my radiator, my symptoms have improved from what was up to 6-episodes a day to around 2-a-month, also I'm not too dependant to the medication anymore. Though my Doctors don't agree, saying its only a placebo affect! - So, by grounding yourself every night, it not only aids to a great sleep but, also reduces the static in your body thereby lowering the neutrons in the brain, making it a pleasant experience all round... WHY Doctors are so sceptical I don't know, but my latest MRI shows that the condition has reduced... After 45yrs it has left the medical team baffled, to re-think the whole concept of medicine as a whole...!

When I found out about Earthing I got really excited. So I bought a grounded pad to sleep on, a grounded mouse pad and a grounded mat for my feet while working on the computer. I've been using these for over a week. The thing I notice most is that my acid stomach is gone. I used to take antacids every day to feel comfortable. Today I noticed that it's been at least a week since I took my last tablet. I hadn't been paying attention to this and the sudden realization surprised me. I haven't changed my diet or anything else about my daily routine. Something good is happening in my body. Thank you for posting videos about this.

theres tests that have been proven that grounding helps wounds heal, helps fatigue recovery and muscle recovery after workouts . People with poor circulation get better circulation because the blood flows normally when grounded. I imagine grounding mats for the bed are the most important because you heal as you sleep, your blood flows properly and the blood can cleanse as you rest ( the most restorative point in the day is the sleep )

I was gonna say the same thing! I walk barefoot every day while gardening and doing chores. My feet are super tough and look horrible...lol. They're just stained and won't come clean until November or so, when I put my shoes back on. My son also goes barefoot all the time, but my 71 year old hub has never gone barefoot and has the most tender feet I've ever seen. He has a hard time walking barefoot just in the house and yelps if he steps on the tiniest bit or bob. I've got him outside barefoot twice, maybe three times in the last year, but he just won't do it often. He knows it's good for him, but he's a creature of habit and at his age, I can not teach him new tricks. SOOO...for Father's Day, I bought him a grounding mat. It will be here tomorrow, and I'm so excited to get it on the bed and see how much better he feels! He's always been WAY over charged to the point of giving me a slight shocking tingle when he touches me. He's never been able to wear watches and has trouble with touchscreens. I really hope it helps him!

3 day ago I started sitting outside for a couple of hrs barefoot. First night my swollen feet swelled up so bad I woke up in pain. I decided my body has not been grounded in over 30 yrs so my reaction was from that. The next day I sat outside for about 1 1/2 hr & yesterday I went shopping all day walking around. Last night I got home late but still managed to set barefoot for about 1 1/2 hr & today my feet are back to normal & I can wiggle my toes without cramping. I'm hooked. I live in California USA.

I have a mat & have also just bought a pair of grounding socks which can either be used outside (instead of bare feet, though I do quite like being barefoot on the grass but not always practical) or can be used to stand on the mat, which will be useful when it gets colder as I tend to have very cold feet! Was thinking about getting a sheet for the bed but decided against it. My OH tried my mat then bought one for himself. He often works away so uses it in the hotel room & bed. We both like the products but as yet we haven’t noticed a great difference in how we feel in terms of the aches & pains that come with age! Easy & convenient to use so we’ll continue.

I've used one. I come to earthing with an open mind, not wanting to prove or disprove it. Just to experiment and see what happens. And i don't know what it is, but you (i) can feel a difference when using it. It's sort of like, an energy flow you can feel moving through you. It feels refreshing. I've just bought a bed sheet, so want to see how much of a difference i feel in the next coming weeks using it. (currently just have a small mat i have for when I'm using the PC). I'm very sceptic when it comes to how much of our own psychology comes into play, and if it's a pseudo/placebo effect or not. (AKA, tricking yourself into thinking it is working or not). But from when i have used it, i haven't used it with the intention of wanting it to work or not, just to use and see what happens. And i can feel an effect. And obviously this is demonstrated with the earthing voltage meters, as you do have a negative charge. So something is definitely happening to your physiology.

I've been grounding for the last 6 weeks and have noticed a radical change to my sleep and energy levels. I have long covid which means I suffer from chronic fatigue. I have also struggles with chronic insomnia for 2+ years. For the first time in 2+ years I have been sleeping regularly and consistently without medication or sedation. This HUGE for me. For me I experienced a huge bodily sense of relief seem to wash through me over the course of a week as soon as I started spending more time outside barefoot. Now after about 6 weeks of improved sleep I have noticed an increase in energy levels and the number of things I'm able to do. I have also started using a little carbon conductive mat like the one shown in this video under my feet at night and during the day when seated indoors. I have high hopes that continued grounding, sleep and gentle activity focusing on the things I enjoy (as opposed to my symptoms) will lead me to a complete recovery from long covid.

I got my grounding bed pad today and I’m going to keep a journal so I can prove to people that grounding is what God intended. Me wore leather soled shoes before the 60’s. I’m one of those people that absolutely loves to be barefoot, so I am incredibly healthy. I am, and I’ve never had the flu in my entire life. I got Covid after like two nephews and it was just an annoying sore throat. It did feel like someone drained all the energy out of me though, so I wish I’d had the grounding mat. I can’t go barefoot in the winter because I live where there is at least 2 feet of snow on the ground all winter and my house is on a raised foundation, so there is no connection to the earth. I am so excited tonight to go to bed and wake up feeling amazing.

I check every night with a multi tester between the sheet fiber and the ground plug on the wall. I am still testing the product. I read about grounding 15 years ago and just decided to come back to it again.

I've been using the Groundology mat under my desk for about 3 months and I've noticed an improvment in my sleep pattern. I've also had no instances of lower back pain since using it, which I used to have often. Interestingly, I've also noticed my dreams have a lot more structure to them. I'd definitely recommend the product to anyone who doesn't have regular easy access to a patch of grass. However, one "negative" that may or may not be connected, was after the first week of use, I fell ill with the worst fever I've ever had in my life. It lasted a few days, and though not super serious, it was uncomfortable. I wondered if it could be related to the grounding mat, and could only find one mention of something similar online. The jist of it was that as grounding allows for better circulation, a dormant virus hiding within the body could be exposed and become active. I'm no scientist, but this seemed like a reasonable hypothesis and would explain what I experienced. Have you heard of anything similar happening to anyone else?

Thank you for sharing your experience and information. Please just ignore the morons in the comment section. I’ve known about earthing for about 10 years, and used to go barefooted often. I’ve recently moved to a location where going barefoot isn’t really an option. I’ve been struggling with major inflammation in my back, and your video reminded me that I haven’t earthed in a long while. So I will be buying a mat and hopefully it helps me.

The mats and the sheets are amazing, with one caveat. The mats, taken care of, will last a lot longer. The sheets, even when taken care of properly, last at most 1 year. That's a lot of money to keep spending every year for most people. So I have a twin size mat for my bed and a smaller one under my desk, AND when it's warm enough, I walk barefoot outside. There are only about 3 months where that's iffy because it's cold, but I still have the grounding mats to keep me good. I'm sleeping great, lost weight, lost my anxiety and morning brain "itchies" (as in, anxieties). It's so simple but works so so well :)

thanks for this. I have all my life (long life) lived barefoot as much as poss. and spent time in nature and gardening barefoot. In my mid 60s I needed to readjust my life and wasnt able to be outside so much. This all makes so much sense to me and after your first video I bought a grounding mat and have had so much relief, I feel normal once again !!!!! I am now going to buy another mat for my partner who is similarly more housebound than he used to be. I cannot begin to tell you of all the benefits I am experiencing so will keep it for another day when all this has settled and I will put an update in your comments. Thank You

@@10YearsYoungerI bought grounding sheets and pillow cases recently, but haven't used these as yet. I was looking up on how to plug in the pillow cases and then came across videos from people with highly technical electrical conductivity knowledge and they said that the meters that measure the voltage of your body when you touch the sheet, is misleading because you become part of the circuit and so it doesn't mean that your body is actually being helped and more importantly, apart from the conductivity, you become an antenna for radiation frequency, because it's plugged into the electricity system. So all the electrical items in your home and all your neighbour's homes (basically everyone plugged into that transformer), can be impacting you. So many electricians responded saying it's 100% true. One said, keep using it and you'll get cancer. Have you looked into this? Now I'm really not sure what's true! I bought them for health benefits for my family - I don't know how to check for these sorts of things. So confused!

I am grateful, I was intimidated, confused and overwhelmed for years about purchasing a grounding mat. I want not at all sure where to begin and concerns over not purchasing the right mat resulted in analysis paralysis. I was released of the intimidation and overwhelm tonight by watching your first two videos and I was able to with confidence and clarity purchase the grounding pad that was right for me. I watched tons of video I started grounding years ago with stellar results even standing on the ground for as many moments as I could in the cold winters and grounding utilizing weeping willows branches touching my head and hands in the winter when I could not reach the ground due to boots and snow. Your videos provided the clarity and resource that I needed and your experience with the grounding sheet was pivotal peace of the puzzle. Your videos are specific, detailed, empowering purposeful. I am grateful for you and for you sharing your experiences.

Now luckily we have six months of gorgeous weather. But I’m gonna get the mat for my bed because the bottom line is I’m in my bed at least eight hours a day, and I can lay most of my body on it. I’m pretty sure I’m noticing she is a little bit sharper. It’s only been one month. Also BEWARE: Please research…I do not plug into the mains for the grounding. I run it through a lead, out the window & into the ground with a copper pipe. I saw a video that said doing it through the mains can actually have the reverse (detrimental) effect due to some kind of cycle or pulse or something ? I don’t know but the *actual* earth sounds safer.

This is the sought of thing you can't skimp on. There are too many cheap rip offs out there, then some people get disappointed and trash the whole concept Just like a magnetic underlays where the quality of the magnets is crucial, the quality of the product is key to the results you may experience. So after speaking to other people who like to try something different the common theme is to but a quality from a website who really understands the research and knows their product well. That's my thoughts and through my own experience.

So I got her the grounding sheet and pillowcase and within the first 3 days her knee pain is gone. Her sleep has improved tremendously to the fact where if somebody's talking another room she doesn't even hear him. She's sleeping in the past. If there was any noise it would wake her up and since grounding that is gone also. It's been great. I have recently started with the wristbands on my 88-year-old mother and will let you know how it goes. It's only been 48 hours and I think she looks better. She still has a lot of arthritis but she's not a believer but I think she will become one within the next week

I been going out and walking on grass for about 30 mins and I was wondering should I do it for longer or is 30 mins good enough

Best is do it for as long as you can. Most of us live indoor lives which is why the grounding sheets are helpful but the more time you can spend outdoors connected to nature the better.

I just purchased a mat and would like to use it in my bed. Does the mat only work with bare skin? Or can I place it under my bottom sheet. Will it conduct through the fabric?

yes because we sweat during the night which will make your pj's conductive

European sockets have the earth (if any) much closer to the load(live) connector. Be very ca reful.
