6 month Full planche and Front lever progress | Motivation

Спорт

This is my 6 month progression with Planche and front lever, don't forget to like and subscribe!
My current training routine is 1 day planche, 1 day front, 6 days a week, so 3 days for each skill with one rest day.
I did this video mainly for me to see whether I actually am progressing or not, this isn't one of those amazing progressions, but its realistic and it's improving so I'm happy with it, thank you for watching! hope it motivated you.

Hey bro! Thanks for supporting! There isn’t too much to it, the videos in this is a lot of what I do, normally 2-3 attempts of a hard move with 3 other exercises after that I’m working on, the goal is to not completely fatigue your body, you should learn to adapt to the movement instead of exhausting yourself so that you can practice it more often!

I think a completely clean one arm front lever is harder than SAT but a one arm front lever with a slight hook or arm bent is easier than a SAT

Idk what to do lol I’m a bit skinny and insecure so I started just hitting the gym and trying to bulk but calisthenics are just so cool and I really want to learn it, and I don’t think I would be able to do both.
