Correction, SB19 was trained IN the Philippines by their Korean and Filipino management. SB19 is currently managing themselves and their own company, 1Z Entertainment. Thank you. Correction, SB19 didn't trained in Korea. They were trained HERE in the Philippines UNDER a Korean-owned events company. ShowBT is a korean company that BRANCHED OUT here in PH. They auditioned thousands of talented people to become PROFESSIONAL PERFORMERS since ShowBT is an events company, BUT since they saw how talented they are, they trained them HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES and in 2018 SB19 debuted. ShowBT was then sold to Charles Kim. Since the contract of SB19 is until 2025, SB19 paid the contract and their name (SB19), and SEPARATED with ShowBT. They are now SELF-MANAGED, they're now the CEO of 1Z ENTERTAINMENT. The staffs of 1Z are their CLOSEST friends and relatives.

The guys were so natural and conversational, like they were just hanging out with the women but of course it was a studio setup, we know that. If possible, let's give OnlyOneOf the chance to go further afield into the Southeast Asian market with a possible tour - Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia to start. I'm sure lyOns there would love to see them!

I know a few Thai singers like Ploychomploo or other groups like PARADOX and Bedroom Audio,etc. I haven't ventured into P-pop so I'll have to give it a try now as well.

Sb19 were trained as entertainment perfomers only not as an idol group but later saw their potential so they grouped them together as an idol but they were sold later and they separated later and formed their own company and they became the king of ppop today.

Correction: SB19 was trained under the Korean Idol system. They were never trained in Korea. They were formed by the Philippine branch of ShowBT. But they are currently under their own management, 1Z Entertainment.

This single has Cherprang, the Captain of the group as the Center. She is very popular member among the fans and other members. Since she announced her graduation (The word "Graduation" for 48 Group's members is used when members leave the groups.) in April 2023, this single is the last single with her as a member. This mv was filmed in front of the Bangkok City Hall and there are many interesting tourist attractions in Bangkok, the city where BNK48 or Bangkok 48 represents in the 48 Group. shown in this MV. She will retain her membership until October 2023. After that, she will continue working with the group as Shihainin or Manager of the group.

I think,they didn't showcase the Philippines and Thailand. It should be separate reviews on music of Phippines and Thailand. Both countries have unique sounds and unique artists. In the Philippines, P-POP is a part of the large industry of OPM (Original Plipino Music). On the other hand, Thailand has T-POP and other music in their own country. Btw, thanks for featuring SB19. You should check out their other music, too! It ranges from upbeat tempos like seOul drift to slower, sensual music on their Instinct Pt. 1&2 albums. They are really talented guys and play a big part in writing, producing, and choreography.

(For foreigners and newcomers) I would like to explain about BNK48. :) BNK48 is Thai version and one of many "Sister Groups" of AKB48, the idol girl group originated from Japan. They become popular after the great success of Thai version of "Koi Suru Fortune Cookie" which was released in late 2017. The song became popular, became national phenomenon and also made the Group become national phenomenon. Today, the MV of the song has nearly 200 million views. This number is nearly as equal as the MV of original Japanese version and the number is still increasing. Many of their other songs also have more than 10 - 20 million views. After the great success, the Group becomes popular and many members have many works, such as being invited as the guests in many TV shows (They also have their own TV variety shows.), being presenters in many TV advertisements and being actresses in many movies, TV dramas ("ละคร Lakorn" in Thai. Many of the members had some acting careers before becoming the Group's members.) and TV series. After the great success of Thai version of "Koi Suru Fortune Cookie", the group becomes very popular and has the expansion with the debut of the 2nd Generation in 2018 and the announcement of CGM48 in 2019. CGM48 is the Sister Group of both AKB48 and CGM48 based in Chiang Mai, one of the biggest cities in Northern Thailand. And the group is also the first Sister Group of the Oversea Sister Group. The members announcement of CGM48 took place in October 2019 and the debut is taken place in February 2020. The Members of CGM48 also took part in BNK48 General Elections and many of them were voted to become a part of the MVs of the General Election's Singles. BNK48 and CGM48 have many events like the original AKB48, such as Hand Shake Event, General Election, Janken Tournament which chooses the members of the Sebatsu through Paper-Scissors-Stone Game, Request Hour which the members perform 25 songs which was chosen by the fans' votes, and many other events and activities. BNK48 and CGM48 have many special projects , such as QRRA, a T - Pop Girl , eRaa, the T - Pop and Country Girl Group and Indy Camp which chosen members can produce and write the songs by themselves. Like AKB48, BNK48 and CGM48 also have the same system as AKB48 which has many rules that members have to follow. Some of those rules are adapted to be used under the context of Thai society.
