Can you do an updated hair routine? Your hair is so beautiful😊
Agree with everything, especially the tongue scraping. Some of these are so hard to keep up with though (like nails because I don’t like gel and polish chips within a couple days!) my nails are polish free but would like to have them done more often. If you do your nails yourself what do you like to use? Also what brands of clean, nontoxic fragrances you like.
Taking care of your nails is something so many overlook - makes a huge difference. I couldn't agree more about drinking plenty of water, but I might suggest to stop drinking from a straw. Rewind yourself taking a sip and see how many wrinkles are around your mouth - they will only get worse with time. Just my two cents.
